Battery Installation:
- To open the battery case, use a screwdriver to remove the screws.
- Remove the battery case cover and insert 4 x 'C' type batteries (not included), ensuring their correct polarity as shown in the battery case.
- Replace the cover and tighten the screws.
General Safety and Usage:
- Check the track, vehicles, and parts periodically for damage. Replace defective parts.
- The set is designed for indoor use only. Keep liquids away from all electrical connections.
- Keep metal objects away from the track to avoid short circuits.
- Keep the track away from delicate objects as high-speed vehicles may fly off the track and cause damage.
- Do not set up the track on carpet floors.
- Before cleaning or servicing the track, always unplug the hand controller from the battery case.
- Never use cleaning agents, water, solvents, or chemicals for cleaning.
- When not in use, protect the track from dust and keep it dry, ideally storing it in its original box.
- Always ensure that the contact brushes are in good working order.
- Do not lock or hold the cars while the engine is on, as this may lead to overheating and engine breakdown.
- Driving too fast may cause cars to veer off the track; this is a result of speed, not a malfunction.
- Do not operate the race track at face- or eye-level due to the risk of injury from cars being catapulted off the track.
