Troubleshooting: One Earbud Not Producing Sound
If one of your earbuds is not producing sound, follow these steps:
- First, ensure both earbuds are powered on.
- If both earbuds are powered on, the issue is likely due to the earbuds not being paired correctly.
- To resolve this:
- Delete the pairing name of the earbuds from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case, then remove them. The earbuds should automatically pair with each other.
- During automatic pairing, one earbud may flash red and blue lights, while the other remains off. This is normal.
- Once paired, select the device name on your phone to connect.
Touch Controls
Music Operations
- Click: Play/Pause music.
- Double Click: Left earbud (L) → Previous Song; Right earbud (R) → Next Song.
- Triple Click: Left earbud (L) → Volume Down; Right earbud (R) → Volume Up.
- Four Clicks: Activate Voice Assistant.
- Long Press: Power On/Off the earbuds.
Phone Operations
- Click: Answer or hang up a call.
- Long Press: Reject an incoming call.
Important Notes
- Sound Quality: Sound preference varies among individuals. You can adjust the sound quality settings within your music application to suit your preferences.
- Battery: The earbuds may arrive with a low battery charge. Consequently, the initial playback time might be shorter. Please ensure both the charging case and the earbuds are fully charged before extended use.
