Product Usage Instructions
Setup and Installation
- Connect the USB adapter to your computer’s USB port using the provided Type-B Female USB connector.
- If mounting the adapter, choose between Din-Rail or Surface Mount options as per your requirement.
- If external power is needed, ensure it is connected as per the power compliance guidelines.
Data Transmission Settings
- To configure data transmission settings:
- Select the appropriate data bits (5, 6, 7, or 8), parity (None, Even, Odd, Mark, Space), and stop bits (1, 1.5, or 2) based on your application requirements.
- You can also set flow control to Hardware (RTS, CTS) or XON/XOFF for managing data flow between devices.
LED Indicators
- The LED indicators on the adapter display power status and transmit/receive activity.
- Ensure proper functionality by checking these indicators during operation.
