Security Interface & Adjustments
Seat Pin for Movement Limitation
This pin adjusts the seat's range of motion:
- Short amplitude: Intended for abdominal exercises.
- Long amplitude: Intended for paddling exercises and gym mode.
Safety Pin for Equipment Angle
This pin is used to adjust the equipment's angle.
A. To adjust the seat's range of motion:
Place the seat movement limitation pin in the appropriate position according to the exercise to be performed.
B. To adjust the equipment angle:
Unscrew the safety pin and pull it to unlock the rotating frame. Rotate the structure according to the desired exercise mode. Lock the frame with the pin and thread it again.
ATTENTION: Make sure that all pins are properly fixed to avoid possible complications.
Abdominal Mode
Follow these steps to prepare your equipment for abdominal exercises:
- Step 1: Supporting the equipment base on the floor, unlock the rotating frame by unscrewing and pulling the pin out.
- Step 2: Position the equipment at the angles 30° or 40° (indicated by the yellow band on the display) and insert the safety pin to lock.
- Step 3: Rotate the armrest so that the foams face upwards.
- Step 4: Position the pin for seat movement limitation in the "Short amplitude" setting.
This setup is for abdominal exercises.
Adjustment on the Armrest Extension
The armrest offers 3 levels of height adjustment to suit each user's needs.
? TIP: Keep your body horizontally aligned with the equipment to avoid muscle damage.
A low relief mark on the tube indicates the maximum armrest extension. Do not extend beyond this limit to avoid the risk of accidents.
Angle Adjustments for Abdominal Exercises:
- Angle of 30°: Position for performing low-intensity sit-ups, suitable for beginner users.
- Angle of 40°: Position for performing high-intensity sit-ups, intended for advanced users.
Rowing Mode
Follow these steps to prepare your equipment for rowing exercises:
- Step 1: Unscrew the pin and open the auxiliary structure of the paddle. Secure it in the open position using the same pin.
- Step 2: Supporting the base on the floor, unlock the rotating frame by unscrewing and pulling the pin out.
- Step 3: Position the equipment at the maximum opening angle (indicated by the red strip on the display) and insert the safety pin to lock.
- Step 4: Extend the pedal structure to its maximum length.
- Step 5: Rotate the armrest so that the pedals face upwards.
- Step 6: Position the pin for seat movement limitation in the "Long amplitude" setting.
This setup is for rowing exercises.
Elastics Tension Adjustments
The equipment features two elastic tension options: regular and strong.
- Step 1: Turn the equipment to easily access the elastic pulley.
- Step 2: Position the pulley in one of the tension options.
Regular Tension: Indicated for exercises with long amplitude movements.
Strong Tension: Indicated for exercises with short amplitude movements.
? TIP: The rowing mode is ideal for exercising anterior muscle groups. Sit correctly on the machine, placing your feet on the equipment pedals.
Keep your spine straight without bending your back.
Inverted Rowing Mode
For inverted rowing exercises, follow the same adjustment steps as for Rowing Mode (refer to page 8).
- Step 1: Move the seat to the edge of the equipment.
- Step 2: Choose one of the two elastic tension options: regular or strong tension.
? TIP: The inverted stroke mode is ideal for exercising posterior muscle groups. Sit correctly on the device with your back to the pedals.
Use the back base to support your feet and perform the exercises.
Keep your spine straight, at a 90° angle in relation to the equipment.
Gym Mode
For gym mode exercises, follow the same adjustment steps as for Rowing Mode (refer to page 8).
- Step 1: Retract the pedal structure by decreasing the extension to the maximum to provide more space for the feet.
- Step 2: Choose one of the two elastic tension options: regular or strong tension.
ATTENTION: Use the rear base to support your feet. This will keep you in the ideal position to perform the exercises and stabilize the equipment during movements.
Never perform exercises without pressing on the base of the equipment.
Handle Exercises
When exercising using the handles, do not exceed shoulder height to maintain the integrity of the elastics.
The elastic traction path is shown. The weight ratio is bilateral > unilateral.
The pulley system manages the tension distribution of the elastics.
