- Failure to follow instructions may void the warranty. The manufacturer/importer is not responsible for damages caused by non-compliance with the instructions. Negligent use of the appliance is not in accordance with the terms of this manual.
- Before connecting the appliance to the mains socket, ensure that the voltage indicated on the appliance's rating plate corresponds to the mains voltage of the socket.
- Connect the appliance only to a properly earthed socket.
CAUTION
- This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and above and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are supervised or have been instructed on the safe use of the appliance and understand the possible dangers. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children unless they are at least 8 years old and supervised. Keep the appliance and its power cord out of reach of children under 8 years of age.
- Children must not play with the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance for purposes other than those for which it is intended.
- The appliance is not intended to be operated by a programmer, external timer or remote control.
- Always switch off and unplug the appliance from the mains socket when not in use or when you plan to clean it.
- Do not use the appliance if it malfunctions, has been dropped, damaged or immersed in water. It is forbidden to use the appliance with a damaged power cord plug. Never repair the appliance yourself. Do not make any modifications to the appliance – there is a risk of electric shock. Entrust all repairs and modifications of this appliance to an authorized service center.
- Do not unplug the appliance from the mains socket by pulling the power cord – there is a risk of damage to the power cord/socket.
- Ensure that the power cord does not touch hot surfaces. Prevent the power cord from coming into contact with sharp edges or corners, do not screw it into the door or pull it. Do not run the appliance over the power cord.
- The appliance is intended for domestic use. It is not intended for use in outdoor environments. It is not intended for commercial use.
- Do not store the appliance near heat sources.
- Do not use the appliance near explosive or flammable substances.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended.
- Do not touch the appliance, power cord or plug with wet hands.
- Do not cover the air inlet and outlet openings or insert any objects into them. Ensure that the openings are not blocked by anything.
- If the inlet opening, floor nozzle or tube is blocked/obstructed by objects, immediately switch off the appliance and remove the obstructing object.
- Before using the appliance, make sure it is correctly assembled.
- Before unplugging the appliance from the mains, always switch off the appliance first.
- Keep loose clothing and all parts of the body away from the openings and moving parts of the appliance.
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains before connecting accessories.
- Do not disconnect accessories from the mains.
- Do not use the appliance to vacuum wet surfaces. Do not vacuum liquids.
- Do not vacuum flammable, volatile or toxic substances (e.g. gasoline, acids, etc.).
- Do not vacuum hot ash or smoldering objects.
- Do not vacuum sharp objects, broken glass, needles, pins or strings.
- Do not vacuum cement or construction dust.
- Do not use the appliance without properly installed filters. Never use the appliance with damaged filters.
- Do not immerse the appliance or power cord in water or other liquids. Prevent water from entering the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance with an extension cord.
- Use the appliance only with the supplied accessories.
Appliance Description
The cyclonic stick vacuum cleaner R-1239 includes the following parts:

- 8. Combination 2-in-1 nozzle

Using the Appliance
- Connect the tube to the appliance.
- Connect the floor brush to the tube and plug the appliance into the electrical mains.
- Connect the vacuum cleaner to the electrical mains.
- Switch on the appliance by pressing the on/off button.
- Use the soft roller for floors and the roller brush for carpets.
- Both attachments can also be connected directly to the appliance's suction opening (without using the hose).
- The combination and crevice nozzles are suitable for radiators, narrow spaces, corners, and sofas.
CAUTION
- The roller brush has moving parts in the nozzle! To avoid injury, do not touch the brush when the machine is running! It can lead to scratches, cuts, and other similar injuries. Before manipulating the roller brush, first switch off the vacuum cleaner. Be careful when using the vacuum cleaner in the presence of children.
- The suction opening must always be clear and free of foreign objects. If the suction opening is blocked, the motor may overheat.
Mounting the Wall Bracket
- The bracket can be attached using screws or 3M double-sided adhesive tape.
- Before installation, ensure that the bracket is facing upwards.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Before cleaning, always switch off and unplug the appliance from the electrical mains.
- Wipe the appliance with a dry cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
- If the appliance is not used for a long time, store it in its original packaging in a dry place.
Emptying the Dust Container
- To ensure optimal appliance performance, regularly empty the dust container. Empty the dust container whenever it is filled to the MAX mark or when the suction power decreases. Procedure:
- Switch off and unplug the appliance from the electrical mains.
- Hold the dust container over the dustbin and open the bottom of the container. Gently shake to remove all dirt.
Cleaning Filters
- Regularly clean the plastic filter and HEPA filter to ensure maximum suction efficiency and prolong the appliance's lifespan (at least once a month). Always clean the filters if they are dirty with dust or if the appliance's suction power significantly decreases. Procedure:
- Switch off and unplug the appliance from the electrical mains.
- Open the bottom part of the dust container.
- Remove the filters by turning clockwise. Wash the plastic filter and the HEPA filter in clean lukewarm water or remove dirt with a soft brush. Let them dry completely for at least 24 hours. Then, return the filters to the appliance and secure them by turning counterclockwise.
- Do not use any cleaning agents to clean the filters. Do not wash the filters in a washing machine or dry them with a hairdryer.
- The filters must be completely dry before further use of the appliance.
- The lifespan of the HEPA filter is approximately 1 year depending on usage. The replacement HEPA filter is designated as R-1239Hepa.
Caution:
- Do not use a dishwasher to wash the filters and do not use a hairdryer to dry the filters. Never vacuum without the HEPA filter.
Cleaning the Motor Brush
- Motor brushes must be cleaned regularly. During use, dirt such as thread ends, hair, pet hair, etc., accumulates on them. Regular cleaning is necessary to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Wipe the floor brush from above with a damp cloth.
- Release the lock on the roller brush and remove the side cover.
- Remove the roller from the nozzle sideways.
- Wipe or rinse the roller under running water. Remove all hair and dirt.
- Insert the roller back into the nozzle and slide the lock.
