Rackmount Kit Mounting Instructions XGS 88(w)/108(w) Please note This rackmount kit can only be used with XGS 88(w)/108(w) models. What is included in the box 2 extension brackets 6 flat headed F3x6 Screws with white paint 8 round headed M3x8 Screws 2 mounting brackets (left, right) 2 power adapter trays 2 adapter brackets 4 round headed M3x6 Screws Please note: In addition to the rack mounting kit contents, you will need a long-handled Phillips-head screwdriver. 1. Remove existing screws from the chassis Remove the four screws from each side of the chassis and keep them in a safe place. 2. (Applicable for XGS 88(w) only) Fix the extension bracket on the main bracket using the flat headed scews with white paint. 3. Attach the mounting brackets to the chassis Please note: You can mount the unit into a rack with either the front (3a) or with the back (3b) facing forwards (see below). Secure one mounting bracket to each side of the appliance using four of the longer round head screws supplied. LEDs 1. 2. Applicable for XGS 88(w) only LEDs 3a. Front-facing installation Ports 3b. Install the adapter trays Attach both power adapter trays to the mounting brackets by using the screws which you removed from the chassis in Step 1. 5. Install the power adapter Place the power adapter(s) on the tray(s) and secure in position with the supplied adapter bracket(s) by using two of the short round head screws supplied. 6. Install the unit You can either install the unit into a rack (6a) or hang it on a wall (6b). Please use appropriate fittings (not supplied with this kit) for this purpose. For wall mount installation, we recommend using wall plugs and screws with the dimensions shown below (6c). Befestigen Sie die Montagehalterungen am Gehäuse Hinweis: Sie können das Gerät entweder front- (3a) oder rückseitig (3b) in einem Rack montieren (siehe unten). Montieren Sie die Adapter-Ablagen Befestigen Sie beide Netzadapter-Ablagen mit den Schrauben, die Sie in Schritt 1 aus dem Gehäuse entfernt haben, an den Montagehalterungen. 5. Montieren Sie den Netzadapter Setzen Sie den/die Netzadapter auf die Ablage(n) und befestigen Sie den/die Netzadapter mit der/ den mitgelieferten Adapterhalterung(n) und den zwei mitgelieferten kurzen Rundkopfschrauben. 6. Montieren Sie das Gerät Sie können das Gerät entweder in ein Rack (6a) einbauen oder an einer Wand montieren (6b). Verwenden Sie hierfür geeignetes Montagezubehör (nicht im Lieferumfang dieses Kits enthalten). Für die Wandmontage empfehlen wir die Verwendung von Dübeln und Schrauben mit den unten gezeigten Abmessungen (6c).
