Safety Precautions

Driver Installation and Setup
Getting Started
Follow these steps to connect your printer:
- Ensure your printer's power switch is turned to OFF.
- Connect the power cable to the printer and plug the other end into a wall socket.
- Connect the USB cable to your printer and plug the other end into your computer's USB port.
- Turn the power switch ON.
Installing the Driver
To download the latest driver for the Logia™ 300 DPI Label Printer, visit www.logiaprinter.com and follow the prompts to complete installation.
Mac® Setup
- Open System Preferences, navigate to Printers & Scanners, and click the “+” button to add a new printer.
- In the "Use" drop-down menu, select "Select Software." Search for "Logia 300 DPI Label Printer" and click OK/Add.
- When printing your file, ensure the "Paper Size" is set correctly for your desired label. The most common size is 4" x 6" (100 mm x 150 mm).
Windows® Setup
- Go to your Start Menu and select the Settings icon (⚙️).
- Select "Devices."
- Select "Printers & scanners."
- Select "Logia Printer."
- Select "Printer properties."
- Select "Ports."
- Select "Virtual printer port..." and click "Apply."
- To confirm, click the "General" tab under "Printer Properties" and click "Print Test Page."
- Click the "General" tab under "Printer Properties," then click "Preferences." Select "Custom" from the Paper Name dropdown menu and click "Manage."
- In the "Paper Width" and "Paper Length" areas, select your desired size (e.g., 100mm x 150mm). Enter a "Paper Name" and click "Save" to store the preference. Click "OK" to continue.
- To set print density and speed, click the "Paper Manage" tab under "Printing Preferences" and click "Advanced."
- Select "Set Print Density" and choose "8" from the drop-down menu.
- To change speed, select the "Print Speed" tab and choose your desired speed from the drop-down menu. Click "OK."
Loading Your Label Printer
Follow these steps to load your labels:
- Turn the power OFF.
- Press the cover release latches to open the top cover.
- Load your labels, ensuring they are flush against the paper feed guides on either side. The backing that gets peeled off should face up (toward the ceiling).
- Gently close the cover until it clicks.
- Turn the power ON and wait 5 seconds.
- Press and hold the paper feed button until you hear a beep. You may then feed additional labels of the same size through the back without re-opening the printer.
Cleaning the Printer Head
NOTE: Ensure the printer is turned off and unplugged before cleaning. Allow the printer head to cool down before attempting this process. Do not touch or scratch the printer head surface, roller, or sensors. Do not use harsh solvents such as gasoline or acetone.
- With the printer off and unplugged, and the printer head cooled down, press the cover release latches to open the top cover.
- Use a clean cotton swab and rubbing alcohol to clean the printer head gently and thoroughly.
- Wait until the alcohol has completely evaporated before re-closing the top cover.
- Plug the printer back in and turn the power on, then print a test page to ensure the printer head is now clean.
For Optimal Performance
- When switching label sizes, complete the steps covered in the "Loading Your Label Printer" section.
- To skip a blank label, press the paper feed button.
- To run a self-test, press and hold the paper feed button until it beeps twice.
- Use only high-quality labels to ensure smooth printer operation.
- Clean the printer head regularly to prevent buildup.
- If the paper becomes jammed: turn the printer off, allow it to cool down, and open the top cover. Check the rubber roller for dirt. If dirty, clean it with a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol, ensuring it evaporates completely before restarting.
- Use the same USB port on your computer for connection to prevent the operating system from creating duplicate printer copies.

Limited Warranty on Logia™ 300 DPI Label Printer
This limited warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state. Logia warrants that during the warranty period, the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, whether oral, written, statutory, express, or implied. Logia disclaims all other warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, unless expressly stated otherwise. Some states do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties. If such warranties cannot be disclaimed under your jurisdiction's laws, their duration and remedies are limited to the duration of this express limited warranty.
Logia's responsibility for defective goods is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described herein.
Who May Use This Warranty?
C&A Marketing, Inc., located at 114 Tived Lane East, Edison, NJ, extends this limited warranty only to the original consumer purchaser. It does not extend to subsequent owners or transferees.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Logia™ 300 DPI Label Printer for the defined Warranty Period.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This limited warranty does not cover damage due to:
- (a) transportation;
- (b) storage;
- (c) improper use;
- (d) failure to follow product instructions or perform preventive maintenance;
- (e) modifications;
- (f) unauthorized repair;
- (g) normal wear and tear; or
- (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or events beyond reasonable control.
What Is the Period of Coverage?
The warranty starts on the date of purchase and lasts for one year (the "Warranty Period"). The period is not extended if the product is repaired or replaced. Logia may change warranty availability at its discretion, but changes will not be retroactive.
What Are Your Remedies Under This Warranty?
For any defective product during the Warranty Period, Logia will, at its sole discretion, either: (a) repair or replace the product (or defective part) free of charge, or (b) refund the purchase price if an exchange unit cannot be provided.
How Do You Obtain Warranty Service?
To obtain warranty service, contact Logia at 1-833-815-0568 or email info@supportcbp.com during the Warranty Period to obtain a Defective Merchandise Authorization ("DMA") number. Warranty service requires a DMA number. Return shipping costs to Logia's facilities are the purchaser's responsibility. Shipping costs for replacement units to the purchaser are covered by Logia.
