Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assembling the Base Posts

This step involves attaching the base plates (J) to the bottom of the vertical posts (A8). Use four M5x15 screws (15) to secure each base plate to the post. Also, attach the mounting brackets (Q5) and (Q6) to the posts using M6x15 screws (1) and M5x12 screws (6) as shown in the detailed view. The diagram shows a post (A8) with a base plate (J) attached at the bottom, and brackets (Q5, Q6) attached higher up. Screws (1, 6, 15) are indicated.

Diagram shows a single post (A8) with a base plate (J) at the bottom, secured by screws (15). Brackets (Q5) and (Q6) are attached to the post above the base plate using screws (1) and (6).

Step 2: Connecting Horizontal Beams

Connect the horizontal beams (W9, W10, W13, W14) using the connecting plates (P1). Use M6x15 screws (1) to attach the plates to the beams. The diagram shows two separate assemblies being built, each consisting of two horizontal beams connected by plates.

Diagram shows two horizontal beams (e.g., W9 and W10) being joined by connecting plates (P1) using screws (1). This is repeated for other beam combinations (W13, W14).

Step 3: Assembling the Main Frame

Connect the assembled horizontal beam sections from Step 2 to the vertical posts (A8) from Step 1. Use M6x15 screws (1) and M6x23 screws (8) to secure the frame. The diagram shows the main rectangular frame being formed by connecting the horizontal beams to the posts.

Diagram shows the main rectangular frame of the gazebo being constructed. Vertical posts (A8) are connected to the horizontal beams (W9, W10, W13, W14) using screws (1) and (8). Detailed views show the connection points.

Step 4: Adding Center Support and Base Reinforcement

Attach the circular base connectors (O) to the top of the vertical posts (A8) using M6x15 screws (1). Also, attach the center base plates (J) to the bottom of the posts using M6x15 screws (10). The diagram illustrates the placement of these parts on the frame.

Diagram shows circular connectors (O) being attached to the top of the posts (A8) with screws (1). Center base plates (J) are attached to the bottom of the posts with screws (10). A measurement check (d1=d2) and a right angle symbol (Rt 90) are shown, emphasizing the need for a square and level frame.

Tips: Please measure to make sure the length of d1 is equal to d2 before moving to the next step to ensure a square frame and best results. Keep the beam at right angles to the post, the post at right angles to the ground, and keep the beam horizontal.

Step 5: Attaching Corner Brackets and Support Elements

Install the corner brackets (K1, K2) and other support elements (U1, V). Use M6x10 screws (13) and ST 4.8x12 screws (4) for attachment. The diagram shows these parts being fitted into the corners and along the frame.

Diagram shows corner brackets (K1, K2) being attached to the frame. Other components like (U1) and (V) are also shown being installed using screws (13) and (4). Detailed views highlight the attachment points.

Step 6: Installing Roof Support Beams

Attach the roof support beams (D19) and (D8) using the connectors (L3C) and wire connectors (11). Use M6x15 screws (1) for securing. The diagram shows how these beams are fitted into the main frame structure.

Diagram shows roof support beams (D19) and (D8) being connected to the frame using connectors (L3C) and wire connectors (11), secured by screws (1).

Step 7: Securing Roof Structure

Attach the roof support beams (D19) to the main frame (A8) using M6x15 screws (1). A note advises that one person should hold the part (L3C) while others fasten the screws for (D19).

Diagram shows the roof structure being further secured. Roof support beams (D19) are attached to the main frame posts (A8) using screws (1). A note emphasizes the need for coordination during installation.

Step 8: Adding Roof Rafters and Supports

Install the roof rafters (D16) and connecting plates (D15) using M6x15 screws (1) and M6x35 screws (16). The diagram shows these parts being fitted into the roof structure.

Diagram shows roof rafters (D16) and connecting plates (D15) being installed within the roof frame, secured by screws (1) and (16). Detailed views show the attachment points.

Step 9: Installing Roof Ribs and Crossbeams

Attach the roof ribs (G1) and crossbeams (C4, C5, C6) using M6x15 screws (1). Also, install the corner connectors (N, N1). The diagram illustrates the placement of these components on the roof structure.

Diagram shows roof ribs (G1) and crossbeams (C4, C5, C6) being attached to the frame. Corner connectors (N, N1) are also installed. Screws (1) are used for attachment. A top-down view shows the complete roof framework.

Step 10: Preparing Roof Panels

This step involves preparing the roof panels. Various panel pieces (X1, X2, X13, X14, X17, X18, S1, S2, S3) are shown. These panels are assembled using connectors labeled Z, Z1, or Z2. The diagram shows how these connectors interlock or attach to the panel edges.

Diagram shows various roof panel sections (e.g., X1, X13, X17) being prepared. Connectors (Z, Z1, Z2) are shown being used to join or attach these sections. A close-up view illustrates the interlocking mechanism.

Step 11: Assembling Roof Panels

Similar to Step 10, this step continues the assembly of roof panels using pieces like X1, X13, X17, X14, X2, S1, S2, and connectors Z, Z1, Z2. The diagram shows the arrangement and connection of these panel components.

Diagram shows further assembly of roof panels using components (X1, X13, X17, X14, X2, S1, S2) and connectors (Z, Z1, Z2). The process appears to be the continuation of creating larger roof sections.

Step 12: Installing Roof Plates

This step involves installing the roof plates (S1, S2, S3) onto the roof structure. A note advises to detach the right end of Roof Rib (G1) first when installing roof plates (S2) onto the short side, and then re-attach it after (S2) is installed.

Diagram shows roof plates (S1, S2, S3) being placed onto the roof frame. A note provides specific instructions for attaching roof plates (S2) to the short side, involving temporary detachment and re-attachment of roof rib (G1).

Step 13: Attaching Central Roof Structure

Attach the central roof structure component (M3) to the existing roof frame using hooks (5). The diagram shows (M3) being suspended and connected to the roof frame via (L3C) and hooks (5).

Diagram shows the central roof component (M3) being attached to the roof structure. It connects to the central support (L3C) using hooks (5).

Step 14: Securing Roof Panels with Additional Supports
