Important: Do not extend beyond the "STOP" mark. Adjust the 2nd Section: Set the second section length according to your height. Adjust the pole so that your arm forms a 90-degree angle at the elbow when holding the grip. Adjust the Bottom Strap: Tighten or loosen the bottom belt of the wrist strap. Pull the Upper Strap: Adjust the upper strap to the desired length. Secure the Strap: Pull the middle strap to lock it in place. Fit Check: Repeat steps above until the strap fits comfortably.
