# FP2043-V2 consist of one DB9 port that supports RS232 and RS485 levels on different pins. "Y" type cable can be used for separate RS232 and RS485 levels simultaneously.
APPLICATION EXAMPLE
An illustration shows the FP2043TN-V2 HMI connected via USB to a laptop. The HMI is also connected to a Modbus RS485 Network, which in turn connects to two PLCs and a Drive. Additionally, a separate RS232 connection is shown from the HMI to one of the PLCs.
