1. Get Started

1.1 Preinstallation

• CHECK THAT YOU HAVE EVERYTHING. BOX SHOULD CONTAIN AMBER FLOW STRIP, CONTROLLER, AC ADAPTER, REMOTE CONTROL AND MOUNTING ADHESIVE.

1.2 Installing Your Lights

• WIPE DOWN AND CLEAN THE SURFACE YOU'RE PLANNING TO PLACE YOUR LIGHTS ON.
• PEEL OFF THE PROTECTIVE TAPE ON THE BACK OF THE LIGHTS.
• PLACE LIGHTS ONTO SURFACE. PRESS DOWN TO MAKE SURE ADHESIVE IS FIRMLY SECURED TO SURFACE.
• INSERT THE CONTROLLER INTO THE LIGHTS. ENSURE THAT ARROWS LINE UP CORRECTLY.
• INSERT THE AC ADAPTER INTO THE CONTROLLER.
• PLACE POWER ADAPTER INTO ELECTRICAL OUTLET.

2. How To Control Your Lights

2.1 Controlling with the Controller

The in-line controller allows for basic operation and mode changes.

• ON/OFF Button: Press to turn lights on or off.
• C Button: Press to cycle through different colors.
• M Button: Press to switch between lighting modes, including music mode.
• IR Receptor: Receives signals from the remote control.

2.2 Controlling with the Remote

Control and customize your Amber lights using the included remote.

• Power ON/OFF Button: Turns the lights on or off.
• Pause/Play Button: Controls playback for dynamic modes.
• Brightness +/-: Adjusts the light intensity.
• Color Selection: Buttons for specific colors (Red, Green, Blue, White) and a grid of preset color swatches.
• DIY Buttons (DIY1-DIY6): Allows users to create and save custom colors.
• Speed +/-: Adjusts the speed of dynamic effects.
• Auto Change Mode: Activates automatic color transitions.
• Flash Mode ON/OFF: Toggles a flashing effect.
• 3/7 Color Jump Mode: Cycles through 3 or 7 colors with a jump effect.
• 3/7 Color Fade Mode: Cycles through 3 or 7 colors with a fade effect.

Creating Custom Colors

1. Press either the 'DIY1', 'DIY2', or 'DIY3' buttons.
2. Press the 'Down' button in either Red, Green, or Blue to change the LED lights from the default color (White).
3. Continue to adjust either Red, Green, or Blue by pressing the 'Up' or 'Down' buttons until you reach your preferred color.
4. Press the same 'DIY' button that you did in step 1. Your color is now saved and can be retrieved by pressing the same 'DIY' button at any time.

Note: You can now use additional effects buttons, such as 'Fade'. To return to your preferred color without these functions, press the relevant 'DIY' button.
