Carabiner Cable WATERPROOF HEYSONG BUBBLE is rated IP67, which means the speaker can be heavily splashed with water, it can even submerge into water of one meter depth for 30 minutes. If the speaker gets wet, you better dry up the speaker before using it again. Note: Please ensure that the silicone case cover is closed and secure when using the speaker in a wet environment. IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS When using your Speaker, You should follow some basic safety precautions: 1. Keep this product and its charging cable away from excessive heat. 2. Do not charge this speaker with a damaged charge cable. Please try to use the original charging cable in the package to charge the speaker. 3. Do not disassemble your device. CHARGING YOUR SPEAKER 1. Connect one end of the included USB Charging Cable to the Charging Port on your speaker, plug the other end of the USB Charging Cable into a suitable USB port on your computer to recharge your speaker's internal rechargeable battery. 2. When charging, a red LED light will illuminate to indicate that your speaker is charging.The red light will turn off when your unit is fully charged. Tips: 1. You will hear a " low battery" prompt when battery is low and needs to be recharged. 2. To protect the battery's durability, fully charge the speaker if it is not used for a long time. 3. The internal battery of your speaker takes approximately 2~3 hours to be fully charged. Pair HEYSONG BUBBLE with Your Bluetooth Device To pair your Bluetooth audio device to your Bluetooth Speaker for the first time. Please follow the steps below 1. Make sure your Bluetooth device is held within three meters of your speaker. 2. Press and hold the " " button for 3 seconds to turn on your speaker. It will go into pairing mode, and the blue indicator will keep flashing. 3. Activate Bluetooth on your device and search for other devices. Once you have found "HEYSONG BUBBLE" on your Bluetooth device, click it for pairing. Note: 1. This speaker will pair with the last connected device when that device is in range. 2. The speaker will be turned off if no device has been paired for more than 10 minutes. TWS FUNCTION If you have two of HEYSONG BUBBLE, you can use the following steps to achieve wireless stereo pairing. 1. Power on both speakerand make sure your speakers are not connected to other devices yet. 2. Press " " button on one of the speakers, the two speakers will connect automatically with indicated tone. You will see a blue LED blinks quickly on one unit and solid blue LED on the other one. 3. Search Bluetooth device on your audio source and select "HEYSONG BUBBLE." 4. When your speaker is successfully paired with the audio source, the indicator light will remain solid blue. 5. Long press the " " button on one of the speakers to disconnect the TWS connection. 6. Long press the " " button again on one of the speakers to disconnect the Bluetooth from the device. TROUBLESHOOTING Frequently Asked Questions A prompt " low battery" heard every few seconds Bluetooth connection distance cannot reach to 10m. Solution Speaker needs to be charged. The signal is blocked by obstacles such as multiple walls, avoid operating the Bluetooth speaker in areas with strong electromagnetic interference, such as induction cookers, high-power fans, motors, etc. Move the speaker close to the Bluetooth device, fully charge the speaker and try again. The speaker will not power on Speaker needs to be charged.
