Step-by-Step Setup Guide
Step 1: Initial Setup
Make sure your projector is plugged into the UWA5 dongle. If the UWA5 is not plugged in, the UI will not show the SSID and password, only the ID.
Step 2: Connect Your Device to Projector by Wi-Fi
Open the Wi-Fi settings on your laptop, PC, smartphone, or tablet. Find the SSID named 'Acer-XXXXXXXX' and connect to it.
When successfully connected, the projector's IP address will appear on the screen (labeled 'B' in diagrams), and the SSID will disappear (labeled 'A' in diagrams).
You can perform 'Miracast' or 'Airplay mirroring' during this step.
Step 3: Client Setting for Projector's Wireless Setup
After Step 2, open your device's web browser and enter the projector's IP address (e.g., 192.168.203.1) to access the setting page.
Select the router you wish to connect the projector to from the list of available networks.
Step 4: Display
Connect your device's Wi-Fi to the same router that the projector is connected to.
Start using Miracast, Airplay, DLNA, and Google Mirror on your device.
Notes:
- Miracast is mainly for static document presentation.
- Video mirroring may cause voice and image lag.
