The Baby Trend® warranty covers workmanship defects within 1 year of purchase. Any product subjected to misuse, abuse, abnormal use, excessive wear and tear, improper assembly, negligence, environmental exposure, alteration or accident, or has had its serial number altered or removed, invalidates all claims against the manufacturer. Any damage to property during installation is the sole responsibility of the end user.

⚠️ WARNING: Failure to follow these instructions could result in serious injury or death. Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out, always use the safety harness and ensure that the children are properly positioned according to these instructions.

⚠️ WARNING: Never leave children unattended.

⚠️ WARNING: Care must be taken when folding and unfolding the stroller to prevent finger entrapment.

⚠️ WARNING: Wheel can detach and cause tip over. Pull on the wheel to assure it is securely attached.

⚠️ WARNING: Care must be taken when folding stroller to prevent damage. Make sure all accessories, mobile phones, diaper bags or purses are removed before folding. Failure to remove items in, or on the stroller may result in damage to the stroller or the item(s) if not removed. Baby Trend® will not be liable or warrant any damage.

⚠️ CAUTION: This single jogger is designed for one child only. Use with more than one child may cause an unbalanced condition which can injure/harm your child.

⚠️ CAUTION: Purses, shopping bags, parcels, diaper bags or accessory items may change the balance of the stroller and cause hazardous unstable conditions.

Weight Limits: Basket: 5 lbs (2.26 kg), Child Tray: 3 lbs (1.36 kg), Parent Tray: 3 lbs (1.36 kg). Excessive weight may cause a hazardous unstable condition.

Ensure the stroller is fully erect and latched in the open position before allowing children near it.

Use of the stroller with children weighing more than 50 pounds (22.67 kg) or over 42 inches (106.7 cm) tall will cause excessive wear and stress, potentially leading to a hazardous unstable condition.

NEVER use the stroller on stairways or escalators.

NEVER use the stroller with roller skates, inline skates, skateboards, or bicycles.

We recommend the child occupant be at least 6 months of age prior to use for jogging. Discuss with your health care provider before jogging with your child.

NEVER allow your stroller to be used as a toy.

Cleaning: Use only mild household soap or detergent and warm water on a sponge or clean cloth.

Regularly check your stroller for loose screws, worn parts, torn material or stitching. Replace or repair parts as needed.

Discontinue use of stroller if it malfunctions or becomes damaged. Contact customer service for repair or replacement parts.

⚠️ Jogging Safety: Never jog or run with your newborn in the car seat position. Use for strolling only.

⚠️ STRANGULATION HAZARD: Children have strangled when straps have wrapped around their neck. When not in use, hook the tether strap onto the stroller handle. Keep this stroller tether strap out of the reach of children.

⚠️ FALL HAZARD: Always hold both handles while running, jogging, or walking fast. Holding one handle can result in tip over.

⚠️ Tire Inflation: Check pressure before use. Tires are shipped un-inflated. Inflate regularly to the P.S.I. specified on each tire. Use only a hand pump. DO NOT use an air compressor. DO NOT inflate above the maximum recommended pressure.

⚠️ Harness Safety: The 5-point harness shoulder straps have 3 attachment positions. Select the position that places the shoulder strap level with, or below the top of the child's shoulder.

Carefully place the child in the stroller seat. Bring the safety harness around the child's waist and over the shoulders. Place the crotch strap between the child's legs. Insert the male end of each shoulder/waist belt into the buckle on the crotch strap. Tighten the harness to be snug around the child's waist and over the child's shoulders.

To Release Child: Push the button on the center clasp; the two harness buckles will pop free.

Assembly Instructions

Front Wheel Assembly

To assemble the front wheel: Release the fold latch. Unfold stroller frame by pulling upward on the stroller handle. Ensure the stroller frame is locked by pressing down on the handle. Locate the front wheel hub underneath the front end of the frame. Firmly insert the front wheel into the hub until it clicks into position.

Testing for Proper Wheel Installation: To ensure the front wheel is securely fastened, lift the front end of the stroller and pull down on the wheel. The wheel must not detach.

Rear Wheel Assembly

To attach the rear wheels: Lean the stroller forward. Align the wheel's axle pin to the receiving end of the rear axle. Push the wheel axle pin inward until secure. Repeat for the other wheel. Check that each wheel is set into place by pulling on it.

Important: NEVER use the stroller if the wheels are not locked into place. Contact customer service immediately if issues arise.

Front Wheel Lock

The front wheel has a swivel locking device. Push the button on the wheel upward to engage the lock and push downward to disengage the locking device. The wheel locks in two directions; direction (1) is recommended.

Seatback Positioning

To recline the seat, press the clip ends together to release and pull down. To place the seat in an upright position, press the clip ends together while holding the strap end, then push the clip upwards to secure. The upright position is recommended for children at least 6 months old. Always readjust the safety harness when repositioning the seat.

Positioning the Handlebars

Pull back the spring-loaded release on both sides to position the handlebars. The bars will click into position. There are four bar positions available.

Child Tray

The child's tray is not a restraint device; always secure your child with the seat belt. DO NOT lift the stroller by the child's tray. Use care when attaching the child's tray with a child in the stroller. Do not place hot liquids or more than 3 lbs (1.36 kg) in the child tray, as this could cause burns or instability.

To attach the child tray: Hold the tray at a 90° angle and insert into the receiving end of the stroller armrest. Rotate the tray downward to the opposite side and snap closed. To access the child seat, press the tray release button and rotate upward. To remove the child tray, press the release button, rotate 180°, and pull it out.

Parent Tray

WARNING: Do not place hot liquids or more than 3 lbs (1.36 kg) in the parent tray. Serious burns or unstable conditions can result.

Folding Caution: When folding the stroller, ensure all accessories, mobile phones, diaper bags, or purses are removed to prevent damage to the stroller or items.

To Insert The Parent Tray: Install prior to the canopy. Locate the tray housing on the stroller frame. Align and set the parent tray tab holes into the inner housing where the small tab locks are located. Press firmly to click into position. Align the mobile phone positioner to the clip and insert it through the grips, pushing the phone all the way down. Removal: Locate the parent tray tabs underneath the stroller frame, press them inwards, and lift the tray from the housing.

Canopy

To set the canopy: Insert the arched rod into the stroller frame, ensuring both sides click in. Wrap each side of the canopy fabric around the stroller frame to secure. Pull forward on the front edge of the canopy while holding the rear in place. The visor can be folded in or out for additional shade.

To close the canopy: Push backwards on the front edge towards the handle.

Storage Basket

Always ensure the basket is attached to the frame. Fold the flap over the rear bar and snap the 3 buttons closed. Ensure that the 3 straps are snapped closed on each side of the stroller.

Brakes

Always set brakes when the stroller is not being pushed to prevent it from rolling away. Never leave the stroller unattended on a hill or incline.

To engage rear brakes: Push down firmly on each brake to lock. Check that the stroller will not move and that both brakes are properly applied.

To unlock brakes: Push up on the brake lever.

Jogging with Your Stroller

When jogging, always lock the front swivel wheel in the straight position. Use the tether strap to maintain control of the stroller in case of a fall. Attach the strap to your wrist.

Tire Inflation

Check tire pressure before each use. Tires are shipped un-inflated and should be inflated regularly to the P.S.I. specified on each tire. Use only a hand pump. Do not use an air compressor or inflate above the maximum recommended pressure.

Securing the Child

Adjust the 5-point harness shoulder straps to the correct position (level with or below the child's shoulder). Place the child in the seat, bring the harness around the waist and over the shoulders. Place the crotch strap between the child's legs. Insert the harness belt ends into the buckle and tighten securely.

Releasing the Child

Push the button on the center clasp to release the harness buckles.

Folding and Unfolding

To Fold Stroller

WARNING: Care must be taken when folding to prevent damage. Remove all accessories, mobile phones, diaper bags, or purses before folding. Failure to do so may result in damage to the stroller or items.

WARNING: Care must be taken when folding to prevent finger entrapment.

CAUTION: Do not allow children near the stroller while folding.

Recline the seat and close the canopy. Locate the strap in the seat pocket and pull it firmly upward to unlock the frame. Lift the stroller frame until it fully closes and compresses. Secure with the fold latch. Tuck the pull strap back into the seat pocket.

To Unfold Stroller

WARNING: Care must be taken when unfolding to prevent finger entrapment.

CAUTION: Do not allow children near the stroller while unfolding.

Stand the stroller on the ground with all three wheels touching. Release the fold latch. Lift the stroller handle with both hands until the frame is erected and locked in the open position. The frame will click when fully open. Ensure the stroller is fully extended and locked before placing your child in it.

Infant Car Seat Installation

Compatibility: CS01 EZ-Lift, CS02 EZ-Lift PLUS, and CS03 EZ-Lift PRO Infant Car Seats must attach to the stroller's front seat module. These models require child tray and seat back adjustment to the most reclined position.

To Install: Close the canopy as needed. Align the car seat module to the inner frame connectors. Rest the car seat's lower rear against the angle point of the tray. Latch the module into the stroller frame and press firmly until it clicks. Always ensure the car seat is properly connected and locked by lifting up on the car seat handle.

To Remove: Set the handle to the carry position. Squeeze the release handle located at the top-rear of the car seat and lift away from the stroller. Rotate support tabs up when not using the car seat.

Securing the Car Seat: Once locked, secure the single short clip over the infant car seat through the belt path. It is important that the clip is tightly fastened. Always secure your child with the car seat harness when using it in the stroller.

Maintenance

Care and Maintenance

DO NOT MACHINE WASH SEAT. Wipe with mild soap only. Do not soak material; no bleach. Clean stroller frame with mild soap and water; no bleach. Regularly check for loose screws, worn parts, torn material, or stitching. Replace or repair parts as needed.

Front Wheel Maintenance

If replacing the front wheel, remove axle nuts and retainer plates before removing the wheel. Attach the replacement wheel to the front fork. Slide retainer plates into the axle with tabs inserting into fork slots. Use axle nuts to tighten all parts securely. Check parts regularly and keep axle nuts tightened.

To release the entire front wheel assembly, push the front wheel release tab inward. The wheel detaches easily from the housing.

Rear Wheel Maintenance

To release the entire rear wheel assembly, push in the rear wheel release. The wheel detaches easily from the bushing.
