Description of Status Lights for Buttons

When a button is pressed, its light turns on and turns off when released, unless other requirements apply.

Button Functionality Details

  • If the input source of a window is DVI1/DVI2/HDMI 2/HDMI 3/DP and no signal is present, the indicator flashes off at 125ms intervals until a signal is detected. If the signal is lost midway, it continues to flash.
  • When the BLACK button is pressed, all lights (DVI1, DVI2, HDMI1, HDMI2, HDMI3, DP) turn off, and the BLACK light remains on. Pressing the BLACK button again turns off the BLACK light, and the status reverts based on the input source light.
  • After pressing the FREEZE button, its light remains on and turns off upon the next press.
  • The illuminated button indicates the currently selected window (WIN1, WIN2, WIN3, WIN4). To switch windows, the input source's button light must synchronize with the current window's input source type.
  • On power off and restart, the following states are saved: current window's input source type, status of the BLACK light, status of FREEZE, and selection status of WIN1, WIN2, WIN3, and WIN4.
