HUIDU HD-VP1640A Two-in-One Video Processor Instruction Manual
Version V0.6, dated 20250721 The HD-VP1640A is a 2-in-1 LED display video processor integrating 16 Gigabit Ethernet ports and supporting four-screen display. It features 7 synchronous signal inputs and supports up to 4K video signal input across various interfaces. Multiple synchronous signals can be switched freely, making it suitable for diverse applications such as hotels, shopping malls, conference rooms, exhibitions, and studios requiring synchronized playback. The VP1640A also includes standard Wi-Fi functionality for wireless control via mobile apps. The HD-VP1640A is ideal for various professional display applications. A connection diagram illustrates its integration with input sources like IR control, wireless control, PCs, TV Boxes, and centralized control equipment. It connects to output devices such as audio amplifiers and speakers via Ethernet, Wi-Fi, USB-B, and 4G networks. The front panel of the HD-VP1640A features a display screen and several control buttons. The following table details the function of each button: The rear panel houses various input and output interfaces. The unit dimensions are 482mm in width, 69.5mm in height, and 297mm in depth. The remote control measures 88mm in width and 297mm in depth. The HD-VP1640A supports simultaneous access to 6 signal sources and allows switching to the desired input source at any time. To switch input sources, press the "Source" button on the front panel. The on-screen display provides information on multiple windows (Win 1-4), showing input sources, output size, brightness, sound status, network port usage, and internal chassis temperature. The icons represent output size, brightness, sound, network port usage, and internal temperature. The main menu includes the following options: Options include: Select image, Switch, Width, Height, X, Y, Save, Cancel. Note: Screen switch setting for screen 1 cannot be turned off. Horizontal starting value + horizontal width must not exceed the LED screen width. Vertical starting value + vertical width must not exceed the LED screen height. Adjusts image parameters: Settings include: Screenshot, Switch, Width, Height, X, Y. When the cutoff switch is off, the knob cannot adjust width, height, or starting points. Cut width and height are limited to 128 (maximum input source dimension). Horizontal start range = Input source width - Cut width. Vertical start range = Input source width - Cut width. Note: If captured image size matches output image size, it's displayed point-to-point; otherwise, it's displayed in zoom mode. Supports up to 8 template files. Existing templates can be replaced, deleted, and loaded. Options for non-existent templates also support saving. Supports 4 sets of universal resolutions and custom resolution settings. Includes Lock function, Setting times (default 60), Automatically return, Set automatic return time (default 600), Signal detection switch, Type-C input, and WIFI password reset. The button lock delay switch supports up to 3600 seconds; exceeding this time automatically locks the buttons. To unlock, press and hold ESC and FREEZE keys for 3 seconds. Supports normal display, horizontal mirroring, horizontal vertical mirroring, and vertical mirroring. Supports English and Chinese. Displays firmware details: MCU V8.03.25, DSP V1.01.43, FPGA1 40.07.02, FPGA2 40.07.02, Wi-Fi 1.10.14, dated 2023/9/4 9:37:30. When inputting numbers for settings like screen width and height, the keyboard reuses relevant buttons. During number input, only the reused button and ESC are functional; the knob can be used, but other key functions are prohibited until exiting. Key reuse is as follows: When a button is pressed, its light turns on and turns off when released, unless other requirements apply.
