PC Tool
The PC Tool allows customization of controller parameters in real-time, firmware upgrades, and more. It enables features such as adjusting joystick dead zones, visually editing macros, simulating motion control, and toggling return rate.

Turn On/Off
Press and hold the HOME button for 2 seconds to turn the controller on or off.
Connection Methods
There are three connection methods:
2.4G Connection
The 2.4G receiver and controller are factory paired. Connect by plugging the receiver into the computer after powering on the controller.
Re-pairing steps if connection fails:
- Plug the adapter into the computer and press and hold the button on the adapter until its light blinks fast (pairing mode).
- Turn on the controller and press and hold the pairing button on top for 3 seconds; the HOME button light will flash fast (pairing mode).
- Wait for a few moments. When the receiver's indicator light and the controller's HOME button light are both steady, re-pairing is complete.
Bluetooth Connection
- Turn on the controller and long-press the pairing button on top for 3 seconds; the HOME light will flash fast (pairing mode).
- Wait for Bluetooth pairing to complete; the indicator light on the HOME button will stay on. (In Switch mode, the channel indicator lights up based on the controller connection order.)
Wired Connection
After powering on the controller, use the Type-C cable to connect to the Switch.
Mode Compatibility:
- The controller supports both Xinput and Switch modes. Switch to the corresponding console mode after connecting for normal use (default is Xinput).
- Steam: It is recommended to block Steam output to preserve the controller's native input.
- Switch: Connect to the Switch and enable "Settings - Controllers and Sensors - Pro Controller Wired Connection."
Mode Switch
Switch between Switch and Xinput modes after connecting to the corresponding console.
- To Switch Mode: Press and hold A + HOME for 3 seconds. The HOME button light turns red.
- To Xinput Mode: Press and hold B + HOME for 3 seconds. The HOME button light turns green.
Note: For iOS and Android via Bluetooth, switch to Xinput mode.
Mapping
This controller has four extra buttons (M1/M2/M3/M4) that support mapping.
Setting Mapping:
- Press the Mapping button + (M1/M2/M3/M4). The FN button light breathes, indicating mapping mode.
- Press the front button to be mapped to M1/M2/M3/M4. The FN button light double blinks, indicating mapping completion.
Clear Single Mapping: Press and hold the unmapped button (M1/M2/M3/M4), then double-click the mapped button. The FN button blinks, indicating the mapping is cleared.
Clear All Mappings: Double-click the Mapping button. The FN button double blinks, indicating all mappings are cleared.
Note: Shortcut mapping is for additional buttons. The PC tool allows mapping of all controller buttons.
Turbo
The controller supports setting turbo functionality for buttons: A/B/X/Y, directional buttons, LB/RB/LT/RT, and M1/M2/M3/M4 (16 buttons total).
Setting Turbo: Press and hold the Turbo Button + the button to be set. The FN button double flashes upon completion.
When turbo is active, the FN indicator flashes at the current turbo frequency.
Clear Single Turbo: Press and hold the button to cancel turbo, then double-click the button. The FN indicator blinks, indicating the turbo setting is cleared.
Clear All Turbos: Double-click the Turbo button. The FN button double flashes, indicating all turbo settings are cleared.
Turbo Frequency: Press and hold FN + Left Arrow (←) to cycle between 5/s, 10/s, and 20/s frequencies (default is 5/s).
Note: The PC tool can be used to set turbo on all buttons.
Macro
The controller supports macro recording, binding each macro to an additional button (M1/M2/M3/M4) as a trigger. Supported buttons include A/B/X/Y, directional buttons, LB/RB/LT/RT, LS/RS, and all eight joystick directions.
To Record a Macro:
- Press and hold the Macro Record button + (M1/M2/M3/M4) for 3 seconds. The FN button light breathes, entering macro recording mode.
- Press the desired button to record. Click the Macro Record button when recording is complete. The FN button double flashes, indicating the end of recording.
The FN button blinks slowly during macro operation until finished.
Clear Single Macro: Press and hold the button to cancel macro (M1/M2/M3/M4), then double-click the Macro Record button. The FN button double flashes, indicating the macro is cleared.
Clear All Macros: Double-click the Macro Record button. The FN button double flashes, indicating all macros are cleared.
Note: Shortcut macro recording is approximate. The PC tool allows editing macro duration and interval, storing multiple sets, and generating a macro library.
Simulated Motion Control
This controller supports simulated motion control using its built-in gyroscope to mimic left and right joystick data for motion control in games. Modes include "Left Joystick Global Motion Control", "Right Joystick Global Motion Control", and "Right Joystick Responsive Motion Control".
To Enable Motion Control:
- Press and hold FN + press down the Left Joystick (LS) for "Left Joystick Global Motion Control Simulation".
- Press and hold FN + press down the Right Joystick (RS) for "Right Joystick Global Motion Control Simulation".
- Press and hold FN + "button to be set" + press down the Right Joystick (RS) for "Right Joystick Responsive Simulation".
Note: Shortcut settings only control analog sensing. Fine-tune configurations in the PC tool for optimal analog experience. For Switch's native motion control games, do not enable this simulation to avoid conflicts.
Onboard Configuration
Switch Mode:
- Click the Configuration button. The channel indicator changes from red to white (Configuration Switch mode). Four indicators represent four configurations.
- Click the Configure button again to switch configurations. The first indicator lights up for the current set.
- If no switching occurs within 5 seconds, the mode exits, and the indicator returns to red.
Xinput Mode:
No channel indication. The indicator light is white by default. Configurations can be switched by clicking the Configuration button.
Deadzone of Joystick
The controller has a default joystick deadzone. Users can set individual deadzones for left and right joysticks via PC Tools or switch to a deadzone-free configuration.
Note: Joysticks with 0 deadzone offer higher accuracy but may cause drift in games without deadzones.
Joysticks & Triggers Calibration
Calibrate joysticks and triggers if experiencing drift or incomplete input.
- Press and hold View + Menu buttons for 3 seconds. The HOME indicator breathes orange (entering calibration mode).
- Push the joystick to its limit and rotate it in a circle at a constant speed, 3-5 times.
- Press LT/RT to their limit values and release, 3-5 times.
- Press View + Menu buttons simultaneously. The HOME indicator double flashes orange, indicating calibration is complete.
Gyroscope Calibration
Place the controller on a horizontal surface. Press the Menu button + Screenshot button. The HOME indicator turns purple and breathes slowly until it double blinks purple, indicating calibration is complete.
Volume Control
Press FN + Up Arrow (↑) / Down Arrow (↓) to adjust the PC volume.
Vibration Control
Vibration can be turned on/off by pressing FN + Right Arrow (→).
Note: Shortcut settings only control vibration on/off. The PC tool allows adjustment of vibration start/maximum intensity.
Battery Instructions
- Upon turning on, the channel indicator displays the current power level for 5 seconds, then resumes channel/configuration indication.
- Low battery: The channel indicator flashes red 10 times (2 times/second) and provides reminders every five minutes.
- Charging: The channel indicator lights up cyclically and progressively. When fully charged, the charging effect stops, and the indicator returns to its original state.
Reset
If the controller is misconfigured or malfunctioning, reset it by pressing and holding the HOME button for 10 seconds until the controller vibrates.
