Power On and Off

The earphones automatically power on and off when the charging case lid is opened or closed. They will automatically power off after five minutes of disconnection or 30 minutes of inactivity. If the earphones power off outside the charging case, press the left and right sides separately for 5 seconds to turn them on.

First-Time Pairing and Reconnecting

Open the charging case lid to initiate first-time pairing. The LEDs will first indicate the charging case battery level, followed by simultaneous flashing to indicate pairing mode. Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and select "Urbanista Seoul" to connect. The LEDs will stop flashing once the earphones are successfully connected. The earphones will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last connected device each time they are powered on.

Connect to Another Device

Disconnect the earphones from your current device to re-enter pairing mode. The earphones can store up to six paired devices.

Touch Controls

Use double- and triple-tap commands to control music and calls. Long-press functionality on the left and right sides can be customized via the Urbanista Audio app.

Play/Pause: Double-tap the left or right earbud.
Previous Song: Triple-tap the left earbud.
Next Song: Triple-tap the right earbud.
Answer/Hang-up Call: Double-tap the left or right earbud.
Reject Call: Long-press the left or right earbud.
Activate Voice Assistant: Long-press the left earbud.
Toggle Gaming Mode On/Off: Long-press the right earbud.

Reset

If the earphones fail to connect, are unstable, or unresponsive, follow these steps:

Place the earphones back into the charging case and close the lid. Reopen after 10 seconds to pair or reconnect to your device.

If the problem persists, follow these steps for a full reset:

Delete "Urbanista Seoul" from your device's Bluetooth settings.
With the earphones in the charging case, press the reset button [2] for 10 seconds until the LEDs turn solid. The earphones will restart and initiate pairing mode.
Follow the instructions in "First-Time Pairing and Reconnecting" to reconnect your earphones.

The Urbanista Audio App

The Urbanista Audio app is the perfect companion for your Urbanista Seoul earphones, available for both iOS and Android. The app allows you to customize features and personalize your experience with Urbanista products.

Gaming Mode

Urbanista Seoul features a low-latency Gaming Mode, making it the ideal companion for on-the-go mobile gaming and movie streaming. The low latency synchronizes audio and video for an immersive entertainment experience.

Charging and Battery

The earphones automatically begin charging when placed back into the charging case. A "low battery" voice prompt will notify you when 30 minutes of playtime remain, after which the earphones will automatically turn off.

To charge the case, use a wireless charging pad or the included USB Type-C cable connected to a power source. The battery status indicator [1] will pulse during charging and remain continuously lit when the case is fully charged.

0-25%: The first LED pulses white.
25-50%: The first LED is lit, and the second pulses white.
50-75%: The first two LEDs are lit, and the third pulses white.
75-100%: The first three LEDs are lit, and the fourth pulses white.
100%: All four LEDs are lit continuously.

Silicone Tips

The included silicone tips come in different sizes. Choose a size that fits comfortably in your ears and provides an effective seal.
