Product Overview
The KMC Conquest™ STE-9000 series NetSensors are wall-mounted digital space temperature sensors designed for use with KMC Conquest BAC-5900/9000/9300 series controllers.
Options: Not all options, such as motion detection or emergency heat, may be available with the particular equipment model and application.
Sensor Description and Controls
A KMC Controls STE-9000 Series Digital Room Sensor is depicted. The front panel features a digital display showing '72 °F' and '2:37 PM'. Labels indicate: 'Current Temperature', 'Occupancy Mode', 'Time (and Optional CO₂ or Humidity)', 'Opt. Motion Sensor', and 'Control Buttons' which are further detailed as 'Up', 'Enter', and 'Down'.
Control Buttons
Press the Enter button repeatedly to view:
- Cooling Setpoint
- Heating Setpoint
- Mode (Heat, Cool, Auto, Off, or Emergency Heat)
- Fan (Auto or Constant On)
While viewing a menu item:
- Press the Up or Down button to change the setting if desired.
- Press the Enter button to continue.
(A Level 1 password might be required to access this menu. If needed, contact the installer.)
Occupancy Mode
The icon on the display shows the current mode (according to the schedule, sensed motion, or button activation):
- Person in house icon = Occupied
- Empty house icon = Standby
- OVR = Override (activated by motion or adjusting setpoint during unoccupied times on a schedule)
- None of the icons = Unoccupied
