Product Overview
The PowerA Symmetric Wired Controller is designed for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles. It features a symmetrical button layout for comfortable gameplay.
Controller Layout
The controller includes:
- Xbox Button [Xbox logo]
- View Button
- Share Button
- Menu Button
- Directional Pad (D-pad)
- Analog Sticks
- A, B, X, Y Face Buttons
- Left and Right Bumpers
- Left and Right Triggers
- Headset Jack
Setup Instructions
To connect the controller to your Xbox console:
- If your Xbox console is powered off, connect the included 3-meter (10 ft) USB cable between a USB port on the console and the Micro-USB port on the controller. Press the Xbox button on the controller to power on the console. The Connection LED indicator will illuminate, signifying a successful connection.
- If your Xbox console is already powered on, simply connect the USB cable to any available USB port on the console and then connect the other end to your controller. The Connection LED indicator will illuminate, signifying a successful connection.

Common Issues:
Issue: Controller not connecting to Xbox console?
- Ensure your Xbox console is powered on.
- Verify that your TV is set to the correct video input and that you can see the Xbox console interface on the screen.
- Confirm the USB cable is securely connected to your Xbox console.
- Confirm the USB cable is securely connected to your PowerA Wired Controller.
Issue: Controller connected but not functioning?
- Ensure you are using the Player 1 controller.
