Setting Up Your New SpardaSecureGo+ App

Getting Started with SpardaSecureGo+

To begin, use your new SpardaSecureGo+ app for secure online banking. You will need to perform the initial setup via an internet browser on your computer and have your smartphone or tablet ready. After logging in, you will see a message indicating "No active security procedure.".

Agree to Terms and Conditions

Click "Continue" to start the setup process. Please confirm your agreement to the special terms and conditions for online banking and our price and service directory. You will also have the option to consent to the processing of your voluntarily provided personal data for advertising purposes.

Registering Your Device

Enter a name for your mobile device in the provided field.

Installing the App

Scan the QR code displayed in your online banking with your mobile device to install the SpardaSecureGo+ app. Alternatively, you can search for it in the App Store or on Google Play.

Setting Up App Functions

Open the SpardaSecureGo+ app and follow the on-screen instructions. After optionally granting location access, you will set your release code. This code will be used in the future to authorize your payment transactions from online banking and the banking app. Alternatively, you can authorize your transactions biometrically (e.g., using fingerprint or facial recognition). In the "Bank Connection" menu, click on "Scan Activation Code".

Activating Your Mobile Device

Return to your online banking. Click "Continue". The next page will summarize your previous selections. Clicking "Continue" again will lead you to the activation of your SpardaSecureGo+ app. Click the button "Show Activation Code" to view your individual QR code. Please scan this QR code exclusively with the SpardaSecureGo+ app. Open the app manually beforehand; the QR code can only be scanned directly within the app. Using your device's camera or another photo app is not possible. If the time limit for this process expires, please log in to online banking again and follow the process up to the activation code page.

Confirmation and Logout

You will receive a confirmation in online banking and within the app once your mobile device has been successfully added. Afterwards, please log out of your online banking.

Congratulations! After activation, your new online banking is ready to use.
