1 Data Logger Installation
Assemble the logger to the inverter communication interface as shown in the diagram. The diagram shows a data logger being attached to the inverter's communication port. The logger unit has NET and COM ports, and fields for Logger SN (Serial Number) and PWD (Password).
2 Logger Status
The status of the NET and COM lights indicates the logger's connection status:

The normal operation status of the data logger, when the router is connected to the network normally, is indicated by the NET blue light staying on (connection to the server succeeded) and the COM blue light staying on (connection to the device succeeded).
3 Abnormal State Processing
If data on the platform is abnormal, check the following table for troubleshooting based on indicator light status. Allow at least 2 minutes after power-on for accurate status checking.

Safety Precautions
Warning:
- Please remove logger after power off.
- Please do not hold the logger body to rotate while install or remove the logger. ❌
Notice:
- Do not remove Waterproof plug. ℹ️
- Please make sure the data logger is working properly before you leave the site. If there is anything abnormal, please do not leave the site and contact customer service at the first time. ℹ️
- 5G WiFi is not supported. ℹ️
Button Actions
- Key-press (short): Reboot the data logger.
- Long press 5s then release: Reboot the data logger.
- Long press 10s then release: Resetting the data logger. This action results in all lights extinguishing immediately. The COM light flashes fast for 100ms.
Deye Cloud APP and WiFi Configuration

Scan the QR code to download the DeyeCloud APP, or log in to https://deyecloud.com/.
USER MANUAL for Deye Cloud APP: Please ensure Bluetooth and WiFi are enabled, and the router is connected to the internet.
WiFi Configuration using APP
Follow these steps to configure Wi-Fi using the Deye Cloud App:
- Click "Wi-Fi Configuration" to set up the network. Ensure Bluetooth and WiFi are ON.
- Wait a few minutes, then select "Data Logger SN" and connect to a 2.4G WiFi network.

WiFi Configuration using Web Page
Alternatively, configure Wi-Fi via the web page:
- Connect your phone or computer to the device's Wi-Fi network (SSID: DXXXXXXXXXXX, which is the Logger SN).
- Open a web browser and enter the IP address:
10.10.100.254. - Set up a username and password to log in.

Create a Plant
Click "Create a Plant" and fill in the required plant information. Screenshots guide through the plant creation process.
Add a Logger
1. Choose a Plant.
2. Navigate to the "Device" page and click "Add a Logger".
3. Scan the QR code on the logger body or enter the Logger SN manually. Screenshots illustrate adding a logger.
Set up WiFi
In the "Wireless Settings" section, select your Router SSID, check Signal Quality, and enter the WiFi password. Click "Confirm" to complete the setup. Screenshots show the wireless settings and password entry.
Check WiFi Configuration Status
The device information page will display the wireless status as "Enable" and the Cloud server status as "Connected" if the configuration is successful. A screenshot highlights the identification area for finding the QR code or serial number.
Warranty Card
Please fill in the warranty card carefully for service. The card includes fields for customer details and maintenance records.

Warranty Policy
Deye provides a 5-year warranty for quality issues under normal usage circumstances. Free maintenance service is offered during this period for non-artificial quality problems. For issues outside the warranty period or those not caused by quality problems (e.g., improper use), maintenance costs will be charged.
Customers are required to pay back goods freight in advance; freight collect is not accepted.
