Preface
Users should read this Manual carefully, follow the instructions and procedures, and beware of all the cautions when using this instrument.

Warranty
This instrument is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, for a period of 12 months from the date of invoice. The warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. It shall not apply to any product or parts which have been damaged on account of improper installation, improper connections, misuse, accident or abnormal conditions of operation. For claim under the warranty please contact your supplier.

1. Safety Instructions
Warning! · Read the operating instructions carefully
before use. · Ensure that only trained staff works with the
instrument. · Do not work for long time when you use
flammable liquid like alcohol! · You will get a better cleaning effect if a
cleaning solution is added to the ultrasonic cleaner. · Do not operate if the tank is empty, or the ultrasonic generator will be damaged. · Do not turn on the machine if the tank is empty or the transducer will be damaged. · Do not relocate the machine when there is fluid in the tank (to avoid overflow). · Water-soluble liquids are suggested for the ultrasonic cleaner. Strong acids or flammable cleaners are strictly forbidden. If a solvent type cleaner is added in the tank, please stop working for a while after the 30 minute cycle. · Connect the device to an earthed power supply to ensure the safety of the machine and the experiment; connect the power as the machine requires it. · Refitting is strictly prohibited! · Ensure the earth wire is well connected before starting.

· The control panel will be eroded by organic solution, strong acid and strong alkali. · Activate key of system should be on position of " ON/OFF " button. · Please close the lid to reduce noise and pay attention to water and steam in case of burning skin while open the lid.

2. Inspection
2.1 Receiving Inspection Unpack the equipment carefully and check for any damages which may have arisen during transport. Please contact your supplier for technical support.

3. Operation

Operation steps:

Check the machine Plug the machine to be sure the machine power is on, in this case the power indicator and LED display says "300"

Uncover the lid and fill the tank with tap water. No water operation will damage the machine, please put the cleaning object in the water. Fully immerse the part to be cleaned in the water, but do not put water above the "Max" Line.
Time Setting Press TIMER multiple times in order to choose the amount of time you wish the items to be cleaned. There are 18 options: 90s 120s 150s 180s 210s 240s 540s 720s 900s 18m 21m 24m 27m and 30m.

Reset Press RESET button when setting time or cleaning. Time will reset to "300" and machine will suspend work.

Finish Work Please do unplug the machine first after working, and then clean the tank, Be sure no liquid is in the tank if need long-term storage.

4. Maintenance
