To qualify for your rebate, please mail the following items to the address below:
- This completed claim form.
- A copy of your sales receipt for the qualifying unit(s) purchased. Ensure the purchase date falls within the offer period (April 1-30, 2015) and is clearly visible. Please circle the qualifying unit(s) on the receipt.
- Proof of product registration with Husqvarna. This can be a screenshot of the online registration or a copy of the registered warranty card.
