Troubleshooting
Problem | Solution |
---|---|
Unit is not charging. | Ensure the wall charger is connected properly. Verify the Unit is within its operating temperature range. Charging may not occur if the Unit is too cold or too hot. |
Unit is not charging or powering my device. | Ensure the desired port/outlet has been turned ON. Check the port icon on the LCD display. The battery charge level should be at least 5%. Look for warning signs on the LCD screen indicating overload or operating outside the temperature range. |
Unit is not charging or powering my devices and overheat icon 🔥 blinking on screen. | The Unit is overheated. Ensure fan vents are not covered to allow proper airflow. Allow the Unit to cool down to its operating temperature. |
Unit is beeping and overload warning ⚠ displayed on screen. | This indicates that the connected load exceeds the power rating of the AC port (1000W). Disconnect the device, turn the port ON again, and try connecting a device that does not exceed the power rating. |
I can hear the cooling fan inside the Unit and a fan icon 🛢 is displayed on the screen. | This is normal operation. When an AC port is turned ON, the fan performs a self-diagnostic and may turn ON momentarily. The LCD may show a fan icon temporarily. The cooling fan will also activate if the inverter overheats. |
