Assembly
STEP 1: Install the Handlebar
- Unfold the handlepost until you hear a click from the folding mechanism.
- Open the lever of the handlebar height adjustment clamp, then insert the T handlebar into the handlepost.
- Adjust the handlebar to your desired height, then fully close the lever of the handlebar clamp.
- Adjust the handlebar and front fork so that they are both perpendicular (90°) to the bike frame.
- Slide open the lever of the folding mechanism, fold down the handlepost, and tighten the retaining bolt.
- Unfold the handlepost until you hear a click from the folding mechanism, then fully close the folding lever. Keep the handlepost and front fork still during the entire process.
WARNING: The handlebar clamp, handlepost folding lever, and handlepost retaining bolt must be secured tightly for your safety.
STEP 2: Install the Headlight & Front Fender
- Remove the pre-installed bolt from the mounting hole of the headlight and front fender.
- Pass the bolt through the holes of the headlight bracket, front fender bracket, and front fork in sequence.
- Retighten the bolt or nut. Adjust the headlight and front fender to your desired angles before fully tightening the bolt or nut.
- Remove the pre-installed fender stay bolts.
- Attach the fender stay on the fork blades, then retighten the bolts.
STEP 3: Install the Front Wheel
- Remove the front fork dropout protector after loosening its nuts. The dropout protector protects the fork from damage during transit, so keep it for future use.
- Remove the nuts, washers, and bushings from the wheel axle, then pass the axle through the wheel hub. The narrow bushing should be located on the disc brake rotor side.
- Sit the front fork dropouts onto the wheel axle, then reattach the washers as shown. Ensure the axle is seated properly in the dropouts and the safety washers catch the holes above the fork dropouts.
- Re-tighten the acorn nuts securely. Ensure the brake rotor is centered between the brake pads.
STEP 4: Install the Seat
- Open the lever of the quick-release seatpost clamp.
- Insert the seatpost into the seat tube, adjust the seat to your desired angle and height, then close the lever.
- Adjust the seat to your desired height and angle, then close the lever of the seatpost clamp.
WARNING:
- The part below the minimum insertion mark (including the mark) must be fully inserted into the seat tube.
- The seatpost must be tightened firmly by the clamp for your riding safety.
STEP 5: Install the Pedals
- Rotate the axle of the left pedal counterclockwise onto the left crank arm, then tighten it.
- Rotate the axle of the right pedal clockwise onto the right crank arm, then tighten it.
