Screenshots illustrate the 'Login' screen with fields for Username/Email and Password, and the 'Sign Up' screen with fields for email, a 'Verify' button, and checkboxes for 'Service Agreement' and 'Privacy Policy'.
Auto-add is not suggested. If a message box appears with “New device(s) discovered. Add now?”, tap “Later”.
If auto-add is used, the app will auto-search to discover the XVR device connected to the local network. However, if your mobile phone disconnects from the LAN WiFi, you will no longer be able to view the device.
A screenshot shows a pop-up message: "New device(s) discovered. Add now?" with options "Later" and "Add".
Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) > Tap on “Devices” > “Add”.
Screenshots display the app's main menu with options like Live View, Playback, Devices, and the 'Add' device screen with options to 'Enter the device name' or '+ Add'.

Screenshots show the 'Add By' menu with options 'Scan', 'Manual Add', 'Auto Search in LAN', 'Add Wi-Fi Device', and a screen for scanning a QR code on the device body or in the device system, with an 'OK' button.
If the Device Status is “Network connected...”, it means the device is online and ready for remote viewing.
A screenshot of the XVR system's web interface shows Network settings, specifically the P2P tab, with 'Enable P2P' checked, 'Server Address' as www.star4live.com, and 'Device Status' as 'Network connected'. A QR code for adding the device is also visible.
If the Device Status is “Offline”, check the network connection first. If the problem persists, contact Hiseeu support at Love@Hiseeu.com.
After successfully adding the device, the “Device status” will be “Online”, and your APP account username will display. You can check your APP username by navigating to “Me”. If the username is incorrect, click “Delete” and add it again.

Screenshots show the app's 'Alarm Notifications' section with a toggle to 'Allow Notifications' and a list of motion detection alarms.
One device can only be linked to one user account. The XVR system can only be controlled by one authorized account, which can then share the device with others to prevent unauthorized access. For admin users, follow these instructions to share the device:
Screenshots show the app's main menu with 'Devices' highlighted, and the 'Share' screen allowing selection of individual cameras or the entire system.
Screenshots show the 'Share' interface with options for 'Share To' (User), 'Valid Period', and 'Type' (By Function), along with a pop-up for entering usernames to share with.
Screenshots show the 'Share' and 'QR Code' tabs, with options to generate a QR code for sharing, and a generated QR code with sharing permission and valid period details.
CAUTIONS: Only AHD and TVI Cameras support Pan/Tilt function.
Click the PTZ icon (a camera with arrows) and long-press the directional arrows to adjust the camera to the desired position. Note that the sensitivity of camera movement depends on your network speed.

Navigate to System > Basic > Device Language and select the desired language.
Ensure the camera system connection is correct. Refer to the connection diagram provided in the system connection guide (or page 5 of the original document).
A diagram titled '1 Connect Hiseeu CCTV System' shows a CCTV system setup with an XVR connected to cameras and a monitor.
First, navigate to Storage > Hard Disk. Ensure the Hard Disk status is “Normal” and its property is “Read/write”. Then, navigate to “Recording” and verify the record plan is set up properly.
The XVR system is set to overwrite when the HDD is full. If you wish to stop recording, navigate to Storage > Advanced > Stop.
Delete the device first, then re-add it to the app. Refer to the mobile app setup section (Setup on Mobile APP "Guard Viewer").
Ensure the alarm (Motion Detection) is configured properly. You must connect the XVR to the network and add the device to the “Guard Viewer” app. Launch the app, tap the menu icon, and navigate to Alarm Notifications > Allow Notifications > Enable the Device Notifications. Refer to the 'Enable Alarm Notifications' section.
For system security, the default username and password are set during production. The default username is 'admin', and the password is '123456'.
Navigate to Me > General > Forget Device Password. Take a screenshot of this page and send it to Hiseeu via email at Love@Hiseeu.com. Hiseeu will assist you.
A screenshot shows the 'Retrieve Password' interface with fields for Serial No., Email, and Security Code, along with instructions on how to obtain the security code via Guard Live or Guard Viewer apps.

If the device shows offline on the mobile app “Guard Viewer”, ensure the NVR is perfectly connected to the network. Go to your monitor connected to the NVR and check the network status. Navigate to “Menu” > “Network” > “Basic” > “P2P” and verify the device status is online.
A screenshot shows the Guard Viewer app indicating 'My Device' is 'Offline', and another screenshot shows the XVR system's P2P network settings with 'Device Status' as 'Network connected'.
If it shows “network disconnected”, enable DHCP in “Menu” > “Network” > “Basic” > “TCP/IP” and click “Apply”. Then, go back to “P2P” and check if the device status is online.
A screenshot shows the XVR system's TCP/IP network settings with 'Enable DHCP' option.
Also, ensure PPPOE is disabled by navigating to “Network” > “Advanced” > “PPPOE”.
A screenshot shows the XVR system's PPPOE network settings with 'Enable PPPOE' option.
