Warranty Information
Thank you for choosing Redragon. Please note our warranty rules for better customer service:
- Repair is guaranteed for failure due to electrical circuit problems within the warranty period. Other damages, such as disassembly, hard impacts, submersion into water, plugging into improper current or voltage, and damage caused by natural disasters are not included.
- Consumable parts (such as foot pad) and spare parts replacement are not included in our warranty.

Connection Modes
Wired Connection
Connect the mouse to the computer with a USB cable. The mouse will automatically turn to wired connection mode, and the computer will recognize and configure it. The mouse will also charge its battery simultaneously.
2.4G Wireless Connection
Plug the USB receiver into the computer's USB port. Switch the [2.4G/OFF/BT] to "2.4G". Click any button, and the computer will recognize and configure the mouse automatically.
BT Connection
Switch the [2.4G/OFF/BT] to "BT". Press and hold the [BT Pairing button] for 3 seconds; the LED indicator will flash blue. Turn on the computer's Bluetooth and search for available devices. Select the device name "BT 5.1 Mouse". The computer will recognize and configure the mouse automatically.
If auto-connection is unsuccessful or you want to connect a new device, press and hold the [BT Pairing button] for 3 seconds to enter pairing status. Repeat the above operation to connect with a new device.
Warning: Charging current: 5V-2A max.
DPI Adjustment and Indication
The scroll wheel LED indicator shows the current DPI level:
- RED - 800 DPI
- BLUE - 1600 DPI
- GREEN - 2400 DPI
- PURPLE - 3200 DPI
- YELLOW - 12000 DPI
Report Rates Adjustment
The mouse supports adjustable report rates: 125Hz, 250Hz, 500Hz, and 1000Hz. Use the mouse software to set the report rates.
For more adjustable functions, backlight settings, and macro recording, please download and install the mouse software.
Power Saving Mode & Charging
When the mouse is not in use for over 3 minutes (in wireless connection), it will enter power save mode. Move or click any button to wake it up.
When the battery is low, the scroll wheel LED indicator will flash red. Connect the mouse to the computer using the USB cable to charge the battery. The LED indicator will be steady red during charging. After fully charged, the LED will show the current DPI level color.

FAQ
- Mouse not responding: Check if the mouse is plugged correctly into the computer's USB port, or try another USB port.
- Mouse moving slowly, jumping, or with delay: Try a different surface. Dark, dirty, un-flat, or bright surfaces may affect mouse performance. A mouse pad is strongly recommended.
