ASSEMBLY
Before beginning assembly, inspect the packaging for all necessary components and accessories. Contact EVERCROSS customer service if any items are missing or damaged.

ASSEMBLY - VEHICLE UNFOLD
- Open the telescopic adjustment buckle of the foldable standpipe and insert the telescopic standpipe in the direction indicated by the arrow.
- Insert the telescopic standpipe, adjust to the desired height, and press the adjustment buckle as shown. Note: Adjust the screw at '1' if the buckle is too tight or loose.
- Stand up the foldable standpipe and close it.
- Confirm the quick release plug is inserted, then lift the pull rod and wrench as shown.
- Press down the folding wrench to lock the foldable standpipe. Note: Adjust the screw at '1' if the folding wrench is too tight or loose.
ASSEMBLY - FRONT FENDER
- Pre-install the headlight and fender on the front fork using the headlight fixing screw.
- Attach the nut.
- Tighten the screws using the 16-in-1 Tool (allen wrench and socket).
- Remove the pre-installed fender stick fixing screws from the front fork using the 16-in-1 Tool (Allen wrench).
- Fix the front mudguard sticks into the corresponding screw holes on the front forks and tighten the screws with the 16-in-1 Tool (Allen wrench).
ASSEMBLY - FRONT WHEEL
- Loosen the nut using the 16-in-1 Tool (open-end wrench) and remove the fork leg protection shaft.
- Unscrew the nut of the quick release lever, and remove the gasket, sleeve, and nut from one side.
- Insert the quick release lever.
- Insert the sleeve.
- Note: Ensure the disc brake pads are correctly placed within the disc brake.
- Insert the front wheel into the front fork dropout and lock the screws. Ensure the front wheel is centered in the front fork tube; adjust if necessary.
- Insert two gaskets and nuts in sequence.
- Use the No. 15 wrench to tighten the nuts on both sides simultaneously. Note: Adjust the gasket position until it snaps into the groove as shown in the figure.
ASSEMBLY - SEAT
- Pull the quick release lever of the seat post clamp as shown.
- Insert the seat post and adjust it to the desired height. Ensure the insertion depth exceeds the safety mark.
- Press the quick release lever as shown. Note: Adjust the screw at '1' if the folding quick release lever is too tight or too loose.
ASSEMBLY - WHEEL REFLECTORS
Place the wheel reflector on the designated fixed position of the wheel hub. Secure it by tightening screws '1' and '2' with a Phillips screwdriver. This process is the same for both front and rear wheel reflectors.
ASSEMBLY - REAR FENDER STICK
- Using the No. 4 Allen wrench from the 16-in-1 tool, remove the fixing screws and washers for the fender sticks pre-installed on the left and right sides of the frame.
- Insert the stick, then tighten the fixing screws and washers on both sides.
ASSEMBLY - PEDAL
- Left pedal installation: The pedal axis is marked with 'L'. Screw the pedal axis counterclockwise into the crank arm on the left side by hand, then tighten it counterclockwise with the 16-in-1 Tool (open-end wrench).
- Right pedal installation: The pedal axis is marked with 'R'. Screw the pedal axis clockwise into the crank arm on the right side by hand, then tighten it clockwise with the 16-in-1 Tool (open-end wrench).
REMOVE & INSTALL THE BATTERY
ASSEMBLY - BATTERY REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
Battery Removal:
- Locate and pull up the seat handle.
- Flip the seat upwards.
- Turn the key to the "PUSH" position to release the battery.
- Lift the battery handle to remove the battery.
Battery Installation:
- Locate and pull up the seat handle, then flip the seat upwards.
- Align the notch at the bottom of the battery with the slide mechanism.
- Insert the battery downwards.
- Press down to secure the seat in its original position.
