Baton 4 Operation Instructions

Turn On/Off the Flashlight

Press the side switch once to turn the flashlight on or off. When turned on, it will illuminate at the last memorized brightness level (Moonlight, Low, Medium, High are memorized. Turbo mode is memorized as High mode, which lasts for 1 minute before switching to Medium mode. Strobe mode is not memorized).

Lock/Unlock

To lock the switch: When the flashlight is off, press and hold the switch for approximately 2 seconds until the Moonlight mode briefly flashes on and off. The switch is now locked. In locked mode, a single press of the switch will display the battery level without turning on the light. To unlock, press and hold the switch for 1 second or more to activate Moonlight mode.

Moonlight Mode

When the flashlight is off, press and hold the switch for 1 second or more to activate Moonlight mode. If the last used mode was Moonlight, a single press will activate it.

Turbo Mode

Quickly double-press the side switch to enter Turbo mode.

Strobe Mode

Quickly press the side switch three times or more to enter Strobe mode. Press the switch once or hold it down to exit Strobe mode.

Adjusting Brightness

When the flashlight is on, press and hold the side switch. The flashlight will cycle through Low, Medium, and High modes, starting from the current brightness level. Release the switch to select the desired brightness level. Moonlight and Turbo modes are not included in this cycle.

Auto Shut-Off Function

The flashlight can be set to automatically turn off after two preset periods: 3 minutes (short period) or 9 minutes (long period). To activate: When the flashlight is on, double-press and hold the switch. The light will flash once for the short period (3 min) and twice for the long period (9 min). To switch between timing periods, double-press and hold the switch again during a timing period. The previously set timing will be used when reactivating the function.

Indicators

Brightness Level Indicator: Displays the current brightness level. If the indicator fluctuates, it means the current brightness level is at least 47% or higher.

Battery Level Indicator: Displays the remaining battery level.

Green: ≥60%
Green: 10%~60%
Green: 5%~10%
Red: <5%

Wireless Charger Operation Instructions

Turn the Flashlight ON/OFF with the Charger

Press the display button on the charger to turn the flashlight on or off. The flashlight will illuminate at its memorized brightness level. Turbo mode is memorized as High mode; High mode is memorized as Medium mode 1 minute after the flashlight is turned off.

Close the Lid to Turn Off the Light

When the Baton 4 or Baton 3 is illuminated inside the charger, it will automatically turn off when the lid is closed. Ensure the tail of the flashlight and the charging port are clean. This feature is not compatible with S1R/S1RII/Perun mini/Perun 2 mini.

Moonlight Mode (Charger)

To activate Moonlight mode, press and hold the display button for at least 1 second while the light is off.

Change the Flashlight Brightness with the Charger

When the flashlight is on in the charger, long-press the display button to smoothly change the brightness. The flashlight can remain lit during charging with the lid open. Note: S1R/S1RII/Perun mini/Perun 2 mini do not support stepless dimming via the charger.

Low Battery Indication

If the charger's battery level is below 10% when charging the flashlight, the remaining battery level will be constantly displayed.

The battery level will be displayed when the display button is pressed or the charger lid is opened or closed.

Warranty and Support

Warranty:

Within 30 days of purchase: Contact the original seller for repair or replacement.
Within 5 years of purchase: Contact Olight for repair or replacement.
Battery warranty: Olight offers a one-year warranty for all rechargeable batteries.
Wireless Charger: 2 years.

For quality problems or damage to low-value fittings (like lanyards or clips) within 30 days of purchase under normal use, contact after-sale service. For issues after 30 days or damage from abnormal use, conditional quality assurance is provided.
