Recharging Your Power Station
AC Recharging (1000W Max)
Recharge the power station using the AC charging cable connected to a wall outlet.
UltraFast Recharging (1300W Max)
Utilize the UltraFast feature for a maximum 1300W recharge via the AC charging cable. This feature can be enabled or disabled in the Anker app. While normal speed recharging is recommended for battery longevity, UltraFast recharging is useful when speed is essential.
Solar Panel Recharging (600W Max)
Recharge the power station with a maximum solar input of 600W by connecting up to two solar panels using a solar charging cable.
Car Recharging
Recharge the power station by connecting it to a car's output port with the car charging cable.
Note: When the power station has 1% battery remaining, the "Remaining Battery" indicator will flicker as a reminder to recharge.
Powering On / Off
Press the main power button for 3 seconds to turn the power station on or off.
The screen will automatically turn off after 30 seconds of inactivity. This auto-off time can be adjusted in the Anker app.
If the output buttons are off and no loads are connected for 12 hours, the power station will automatically power off to conserve energy. The standby duration can be set in the Anker app.
Powering Your Devices
AC Charging
Press the AC outlet button and connect your device to the AC output ports. The AC outlets intelligently detect if a plug is inserted, automatically turning off if no plug is detected for over 15 minutes to prevent power waste.
USB Charging
Connect your devices directly to the USB ports for charging.
Car Socket Charging
Turn on the car socket button and connect your devices to start charging.
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
To use the UPS feature, connect the power station to a wall outlet with the AC charging cable. Then, press the AC outlet button and connect your devices via the AC output ports.
SurgePad™
The SurgePad™ feature allows the power station to power high-wattage devices up to 2400W without overload. It automatically activates when the total output exceeds the rated output, enabling the power station to deliver its rated power to high-wattage devices.
Important Notes:
- SurgePad™ does not function in bypass mode (when the power station is being charged with the AC output on).
- SurgePad™ performs best with devices that generate heat but does not support precision instruments or devices with strict voltage protection requirements. To test compatibility, try powering your high-wattage device with the last AC outlet.
Connecting with an Expansion Battery
Your power station can be connected with an expansion battery to double its capacity to 2112Wh. Refer to the user manual of the Anker SOLIX BP1000 Expansion Battery (1056Wh) for detailed instructions.
Anker App for Smart Control
Remotely control your power station using the Anker app. Download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), or by scanning the provided QR code.
Setup:
- Download and install the Anker app.
- Connect the power station to a network before first use. After successful connection, you can operate the device off-grid.
- Firmware Update: You will be notified of available firmware updates when connected to the app. Ensure the power station is charging via AC input and connected to Wi-Fi during the update process.
Light
Ambient Light
Press the button once to turn on the ambient light. Press again up to two times to cycle through brightness levels (x1, x2, x3).
SOS Mode
Hold the button for 2 seconds to activate SOS mode.
FAQ
- Q1: What is the maximum power output of the AC output ports?
The AC output ports can deliver a maximum of 1800W rated power to connected devices. - Q2: What should I do when using a solar charger to charge my power station?
The solar input supports an 11-60V solar charger with an XT-60 connector. For an 11-32V solar charger, the current supports 10A max. For a 32-60V solar charger, the current supports 12.5A max. Anker solar panels (200W or 400W) are recommended for optimal compatibility. - Q3: Can the USB-C ports charge the power station (input only), or are they output only?
The USB-C ports support output only. - Q4: What should I do when AC recharging fails?
If AC recharging fails, check if the overload protection switch is turned on. If it is, press it down to reset and then continue recharging. - Q5: How do I reset my power station?
If the power station is not functioning correctly, insert a paper clip or pin into the reset hole for 1 second for a factory reset. If the issue persists, contact support@anker.com. - Q6: Why is the power station not working after it hasn't been used for a long time?
Prolonged storage at low capacity can lead to self-consumption of lithium batteries, causing a rapid discharge. This can result in poor conductivity and reduced battery lifespan, potentially rendering the battery inoperable. - Q7: How should I store and maintain the power station?
To store and maintain the power station:- Turn off the main power button.
- Store the power station in a dry and cool environment.
- Check the remaining battery capacity weekly. If the battery level drops below 30%, fully charge the power station. Charge it to 100% at least once every 3 months.
