Introduction

Thank you for purchasing your HeadRush Noise-Cancelling Bluetooth® Headphones. To maximize your listening experience, please read the following instructions.

Identifying the Parts of Your Headphones

The headphones feature the following parts: ANC Mic, MFB (Multi-Function Button), LED indicator, Micro USB Slot, and 3.5mm Audio Jack. An ANC LED Indicator is also present, and the ANC function can be turned on/off.

The MFB button controls Play/Pause, Answer/End call, and Reject call. The Volume Up/Next button controls volume increase and next track. The Volume Down/Previous button controls volume decrease and previous track. The Micro USB Slot is for charging. The 3.5mm Audio Jack allows for wired connection. The ANC Mic is for noise cancellation, and the ANC LED Indicator shows the status of the ANC function.

Volume Adjustment

To adjust the volume, press the '+' or '-' buttons. When the maximum or minimum volume is reached, the headphones will make a 'tick' sound.

Switching audio devices (during call)During a phone call, press and hold "+" for 2 seconds to switch to your mobile phone. Press and hold "+" for 2 seconds again to switch back to the headphones.

Mute a callPress and hold "-" for 2 seconds. Press and hold again to cancel.

Battery Capacity Status

When the headphones are connected to an iOS device, the headphone battery status will appear in the upper right-hand corner of the device's screen.

Charging

Please charge your headphones fully before the first use. When the battery is low, charge using the included USB cable. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. During charging, the red LED light is solid. When fully charged, the blue LED light is solid.

Reset Mode

Connect the headphones to a computer via a micro USB cable. When the red LED flashes, the headphone reset is complete.

3.5mm Line-in

Connect the 3.5mm audio jack on the headphones to your audio devices using the included 3.5mm audio cable for a wired connection.

Active Noise Reduction (ANC) Function

When there is excess noise in your surroundings, switch the ANC key to "ON" to activate noise cancellation.

Pairing (Connecting to Two Devices)

The headphones support multi-connection, allowing pairing with two smartphone devices simultaneously. You can receive calls from either device.

Pairing with the first device:

  1. Make sure the headphones are OFF.
  2. Press and hold the MFB button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode (Red and Blue LEDs flash alternately).
  3. Locate Bluetooth® settings on your device and search for the headphones.
  4. Select "HRF 581" from the list of found devices and connect. Enter "0000" as PIN if required.

Pairing with a second device:

  1. Turn the headphones OFF.
  2. Repeat the pairing procedure with the second phone.
  3. Restart the headphones; they will automatically connect to the last connected phone.
  4. To enable multipoint connect function, short press the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously.
  5. On the second mobile phone, select "HRF 581" from the list of found devices to connect.

Pairing to a Phone with NFC Function

  1. Turn on your phone and activate the NFC function.
  2. Turn on your HRF 581 headphones.
  3. Place your phone's NFC area close to the position of the headphones' NFC logo.
  4. When your phone confirms the connection, press YES/OK.
  5. Once connected, you can enjoy music, play games, and watch movies with your headphones.

Sound Quality with apt-X® Code

Featuring the apt-X® code, the headphones can connect wirelessly to any apt-X® enabled device. This technology significantly improves the quality of Bluetooth® streaming, delivering CD-quality sound.

  • Listening to headphones at high volume levels, particularly over extended periods, may damage your hearing.
  • If you have a pacemaker or other electrical medical devices, consult your physician before using this product.
  • The operation of switching on your Hi-Fi system or plugging in the headphones may cause clicks. At high volume settings, these clicks may affect your hearing. Therefore, always set the volume control to minimum before switching between different sources (tuner, turntable, CD player, etc.) or plugging in the headphones.
  • DO NOT use headphones while driving or cycling.
