Introduction
The CW24 WIFI Networked Intelligent Battery Coulomb Meter is designed to measure and display critical battery parameters. It provides real-time data on voltage, current, power, true capacity, battery temperature, and various alarm statuses such as low capacity and low voltage. The device also displays current voltage curves and electricity statistics, including remaining discharge and charging times, offering a comprehensive view of the battery pack's working state.

1. Scope of Application and Electrical Measurement Specifications

2. Wiring Instructions
The device supports two primary wiring methods:
2.1 Excluding Relay Connection Method
This method involves direct connections between the charger, load, battery, and the meter. The diagram illustrates the input terminals for voltage and current, along with connections for an independent power supply, temperature probe, and computer interface.
2.2 Relay Wiring Method
This method utilizes a 100V/80A relay for switching operations. The wiring diagram shows the battery connected to the meter, and the relay connected to the load and the meter's relay interface. It also includes connections for the independent power supply and computer interface.

3. Two Ways to Test Battery Percentage
Users can choose from two methods to test battery percentage:
- C+D- Mode (Capacity Percentage Test): In this mode, capacity is added during charging (C+) and subtracted during discharging (D-). The displayed value represents the battery's current actual capacity.
- C+D+ Mode (Cumulative Capacity Calculation): In this mode, capacity is added during both charging (C+) and discharging (D-). The values are cumulative, providing a running total of charge and discharge cycles.
Operation Method: To select the capacity metering mode and testing method, long press the 'M' key to enter the background settings.
5. Four Standby Display Modes
The device offers four standby display modes, configurable via WiFi networking and offline manual calibration:
- Default Style: Shows detailed real-time data.
- Battery Style: Displays battery percentage prominently.
- Calendar Time Style: Shows date and time.
- Screen OFF Style: Turns off the screen to save power.
6. Measurement Data of Charging and Discharging Capacity Statistics Table
This feature allows users to view charging and discharging capacity data, including daily, monthly, and annual reports. It provides real-time management of charging and discharging power, statistics on daily charging and power consumption, and records operational power data. The system offers simple operation and high measurement accuracy.
The interface displays graphs for charging and discharging data, categorized by Day, Month, and Year.
7. CW24 Multi HD Color Screen Interface Design
The CW24 features a true color screen offering a vibrant visual experience. It displays multiple functional interfaces and parameters simultaneously, with easy switching between functions via short button presses. Both Chinese and English language interfaces are supported.

Users can access backend settings by long-pressing the 'M' key. Short presses of the '+' or '-' keys allow navigation through columns and selection of parameters for various functions. Settings include:

10. Four Fold Alarm Prompt
The device features dual alarms (sound and display) for critical conditions: Over-voltage, Low-voltage, Over-power, and Over-temperature.
By long-pressing the 'M/OK' button, users can access backend system settings to configure thresholds for over-voltage, low-voltage, and over-power. If the temperature probe exceeds its threshold, the device displays an alarm message and sounds an internal buzzer. These alerts help users manage battery charging promptly, especially during low voltage or low capacity situations, preventing the battery from running out.

The product dimensions are provided for the main unit and the external shunt. The main unit measures approximately 86mm x 63mm x 17mm (3.39in x 2.48in x 0.67in). The external shunt dimensions vary by model, with a common size being 66mm x 61mm x 35mm (2.6in x 2.4in x 1.38in) for models up to 500A, and a larger 120mm x 70mm x 48mm for the 1000A model. A 300cm Type-C data cable is included.
12. Powerful IoT Intelligent APP Control Software
The CW24 meter is controllable via a WiFi-connected mobile application, available through the Smart Life or Tuya app. Users can download and install the app on their smartphones to achieve remote control and testing. The app covers most of the device's functions, including functional control, battery power data detection, charging and discharging curve visualization, and daily/monthly/annual electricity statistics.
Note: The system supports 2.4G WiFi networks and requires Bluetooth and WiFi signals to be enabled on the mobile device.

23. CW24 1000A Assembly Instructions
Due to the weight of the 1000A shunt, careful installation is required to prevent damage to the control panel. Follow these steps:
- Identify the control module and the 1000A shunt.
- Remove the screws from the 1000A shunt using a screwdriver.
- Align the screw holes of the control board with the screw holes of the 1000A shunt.
- Tighten and fix the two screws connecting the control board to the shunt.
- Install the display panel and splitter according to the provided diagram.
