Product Appearance

The 360 Dash Cam G300H features a compact design with various components:

• Front View: Includes the camera lens, switch button, power indicator light, power button, settings button, and microphone (MIC). A loudspeaker is located on the top side.
• Top View: Features an SD card slot and a Power USB port.
• Rear View: Contains the screen.

Packing List

Upon opening the package, verify that the dash cam is in good condition and all accessories are included:

Installation

1) Install the electrostatic film:

Install the electrostatic film on the front windshield in the recommended dashed area. Before installation, clean the glass and ensure no bubbles between the film and the glass. It is recommended to install the dash cam as close to the middle area above the front windshield as possible to ensure full coverage of the car's front view and improve ADAS-assisted driving accuracy.

2) Attach the dash cam:

Remove the 3M adhesive protective film, attach the dash cam bracket to the electrostatic film, and adjust the dash cam to the appropriate angle.

3) Removal and installation of the dash cam:

To remove, slide the dash cam upwards until a "click" sound is heard. To install, align the hole on the back of the dash cam bracket with the snap position on the 3M adhesive, and slide the bracket downwards until a "click" sound is heard.

4) Wiring and connecting the power supply:

Route the power cord along the top of the front windshield, through the A-pillar, and into the storage compartment near the cigarette lighter port. Connect the power cord to the cigarette lighter power supply. The included wiring pry bar can be used to bury the power cord under the A-pillar sealant strip. Note that cigarette lighter port positions may vary between vehicles.

Precautions for Using the Dash Cam

• This product is an auxiliary device for safe driving.
• The company is not responsible for losses resulting from product malfunctions, data loss, or product usage.
• This product records external images; some functions may not be supported due to different driving and vehicle environments.
• Firmware upgrades may cause changes in product performance or image capture ability. Recorded driving images are for reference only.
• This product records and saves accident images but does not guarantee all accident images will be recorded, as minor collisions may not activate the collision sensor.
• Do not install or operate this product while the vehicle is in motion.
• This product must be directly connected to the car's power supply system and installed by professionals. Do not use for extended periods without starting the engine.
• This device may interfere with improperly protected medical devices. Consult a doctor or medical device manufacturer if uncertain about RF energy shielding.
• Avoid strong shocks or vibrations to prevent damage.
• Stop using the product before cleaning or maintenance.
• Do not use chemical solvents or cleaning agents.
• Do not disassemble or modify without authorization.
• Normal operating temperature range: 0°C to 50°C.
• Use this product within legal limits.

Precautions for Battery Use

• Do not disassemble, modify, crash, or squeeze the built-in battery to avoid damage, heat generation, or fire.
• Do not expose the product or battery to fire or high temperatures to prevent fire or explosion.
• Do not use the battery for other purposes.
• Do not use damaged chargers or batteries.
• If the battery shows abnormal signs (high temperature, deformation, discoloration, bulging, leakage) during use, charging, or storage, stop use immediately and contact the after-sales service center for replacement to prevent safety hazards.

Remarks: The lead content in a small number of special-purpose SMT electronic components (e.g., high-voltage resistors, ceramic resistors, diodes) marked with "✕" may exceed 0.1%. Lead content in screws or cores of data cables may also exceed 0.1% due to high-performance alloy adoption. These items comply with EU RoHS Directive exemption clauses. Due to current technological limitations, no alternative technologies or parts are available, and the lead content of external contactable parts meets environmental protection requirements.

I. Introduction and declaration of after-sales service

• Use only accessories provided by the original manufacturer to avoid malfunctions or damage. Unauthorized use or incompatible accessories will void the warranty. The company assumes no responsibility for danger or damage caused by unauthorized uses. Dismantling or changing the product housing will also void the warranty.
• The company is committed to constant improvement and may modify and improve the product manual without advance notice.
• Unless specified by applicable laws, manual contents are based on manufacturing conditions. No explicit or tacit warranty is made for correctness, reliability, or contents.
• The product manual is protected by copyright law. Copying, transmitting, distributing, or using it in other forms is forbidden without written approval from 360.

II. In regards to service policies within the warranty period of the 360 dash cam:

1. This product has a one-year warranty. Contact local authorized distributors for details.
2. The warranty period for the power adapter and charger cable is 12 months, and for the battery, it is 6 months.
3. Non-electronic accessories are not covered by the warranty.

III. Charged maintenance policies of 360 recorder product

The 360 Company or its authorized service centers will provide maintenance services at a cost for cases outside the warranty scope, including:

1. Exceeding the valid warranty period.
2. Lack of warranty certificate or valid invoice, or if the warranty certificate does not match the product model/labeling or has been tampered with.
3. Damage caused by usage, repair, and maintenance not following User Manual requirements. Damage or malfunction from personal removal, maintenance, or modification of system software without authorization from the 360 Company.
4. Collision, soaking, breaking, or burning of the printed circuit board.
5. Cracking or damage to the outer shell, LCD screen, antenna, etc., during use, except for structural or material factors.
6. Damage due to force majeure.
