Product Overview

The Sudio B2 Bone Conduction Headphones offer an open-ear listening experience, allowing you to enjoy music, take calls, and play games while remaining aware of your surroundings. They are designed for comfort and freedom, making them ideal for office use, outdoor activities, and driving.

Button Functions

The headset features the following controls:

Appearance and Wearing Instructions

Appearance: The headphones feature an over-ear design, with the main unit resting behind the neck and the transducers positioned on the cheekbones.

Wearing Instruction: Hang the earphones behind the neck. Position the speakers on the cheekbones, just in front of the ear, for comfortable and effective sound transmission. Do not twist or bend the rear hanger excessively, as this may damage internal components.

Control Description

Power On: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The white light will be on for 3 seconds, then white and orange lights flash alternately. Earphone prompt: "on".

Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 6 seconds. The orange light flashes. Earphone prompt: "off".

Pairing Mode: After powering on, the headset enters pairing mode with white and orange lights flashing alternately. Search for "Sudio B2" on your device and connect manually. If no pairing record exists, it will prompt "ready to pair, find your Sudio product in the Bluetooth list of your device" every 10 seconds for 5 times.

Reconnecting: If a pairing record exists, the headset attempts to reconnect. The white light flashes. If connection fails within 15 seconds, it enters pairing mode, prompting "ready to pair..." every 10 seconds for 5 times. White light flashes for 15 seconds, then white/orange alternate until successful.

Successful Pairing: Earphone prompts "Connected" upon successful pairing or reconnection after disconnection.

Disconnect Bluetooth: Manually disconnecting Bluetooth returns the headset to pairing mode (white/orange lights flash alternately).

Automatic Disconnect: If Bluetooth disconnects due to distance and no music plays for 10 minutes, the headset will turn off. White light flashes quickly, prompt: "Disconnected".

Play/Pause: Click volume up/down button during music playback. Prompt: "Ding".

Volume Up: Triple-click the volume up button during music or call. Prompt: "beep".

Volume Down: Triple-click the volume down button during music or call. Prompt: "beep".

Previous Song: Double-click volume down button during music playback. Prompt: "ding ding".

Next Song: Double-click volume up button during music playback. Prompt: "ding ding".

Voice Assistant: Press and hold volume down button for 2 seconds during music playback to activate. Press and hold again or click to exit. Prompt: "humming".

Answer/Hang Up/Reject Call: Click volume up/down to answer (prompt: "humming"). Press and hold volume up/down for 2 seconds to hang up (prompt: "thumping sound"). To reject, press and hold volume up/down for 2 seconds during an incoming call until you hear "Dong Dong".

Cancel Dialing: Click volume up/down button to cancel an outgoing call. Prompt: "thumping sound".

Three-Party Call: Click volume up/down to answer. Double-click volume up/down to switch calls. Press and hold volume up/down for 2 seconds to hang up the current call and switch to the other party.

Restore Factory Settings: While powered on, press and hold volume up and volume buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The orange light flashes 3 times, followed by a prompt tone, indicating a successful reset.

Chargers and Batteries

Charger and Battery: Ensure your charger meets specifications: Output voltage DC5V +/- 0.25V, output current 100mA-500mA. Using higher voltage may damage the headset.

WARNING: Use only approved chargers. Other chargers may void warranty and cause damage. Do not strike the product forcefully, as this may damage internal components.

Charge the Battery: The headset has a built-in rechargeable battery. Do not attempt removal. Store in a dry, ventilated place and charge every two months if not in use.

Battery Low: Orange light flashes every 2 seconds. Prompt "Battery Low" every 4 minutes. The headset will shut down automatically after 5-10 minutes of low battery. Connect the charger.

Charging: Plug the charger into an AC outlet. The indicator light is orange while charging. If charging doesn't start, reconnect the headset. When fully charged, the orange light turns off, and the white light stays on. Disconnect the charger. Note: Actual call/standby times may vary.
