General Safety Instructions
A great deal of emphasis was placed on safety in the design and manufacture of this fitness device. It is very important that you strictly adhere to the following safety instructions. TKO cannot be held liable for accidents that were caused due to disregard. To ensure your safety and to avoid accidents, please read through the operating instructions thoroughly and attentively before you use the sports device for the first time.
- Consult your GP before starting to exercise on this device. Should you want to exercise regularly and intensively, the approval of your GP would be advisable. This is especially true for users with health problems.
- Handicapped people should only use the device when a qualified care is present.
- When using the fitness device, wear comfortable clothing and preferably sports or aerobic shoes. Avoid wearing loose clothing which could get caught in the moving parts of the device.
- Stop exercising immediately should you feel unwell or if you feel pain in your joints or muscles. In particular, keep an eye on how your body is responding to the exercise program. Dizziness is a sign that you are exercising too intensively with the device. At the first signs of dizziness, lay down on the ground until you feel better.
- Ensure there are no children nearby when you are exercising on the device. The device should be placed in a location that children or house pets cannot reach.
- Ensure that only one person at a time uses the fitness device.
- After the sports device has been set up according to operating instructions, make sure all screws, bolts, and nuts are correctly fitted and tightened. Use only attachments recommended and/or supplied by the importer.
- Do not use a device that is damaged or unserviceable.
- Always place the device on a smooth, clean, and sturdy surface. Never use near water and make sure there are no pointed objects in the direct vicinity of the fitness device. If necessary, place a protective mat (not included in scope of delivery) to protect your floor underneath the device and keep a free space of at least 0.5m around the device for safety reasons.
- Take care not to put your arms and legs near moving parts. Do not place any material in openings in the device.
- Use the device only for the purpose described in these operating instructions. Use only attachments recommended by the manufacturer.

Assembly Steps
Follow these steps to assemble the TKO AirRaid Runner 8CTM:
- Take out the console frame and console from the carton. Connect the connect cable, then fix them with 4 pcs of M5X10 screws.
- Take out the main body from the carton.
- Connect the right side upright post connecting wires, insert the redundant wire into the upright post, and place the right side upright post on the bracket. Fix it with 4 pcs M8×55×20 screws. Repeat the same assembly step on the left side upright post (no need to connect wires).
- Attach the right handrail to the right upright post. Fix the upper holes with 2 pcs M8*45 screws, then fix the bottom hole with 1 pcs M8*15 screw. Fasten all screws. Perform the same assembly on the left side.
- Connect the wires from the right side upright post and console frame, then fix them with 4 pcs M8*25 screws using 4pcs of washers.
- Connect the left and right riser covers with the main frame cover. Fix the left and right riser covers with 4 ST4*15 screws. Fix the bottle holder to the left riser with 2 cross grooved flat head tapered full tooth bolts M4*16.
- Assembly is now complete.

Operation Procedure
Power On:
1. When powered on, the LCD will display fully for 1 second with a long beep sound, then enter into display standby mode (Figure 2). The pictures will be displayed from top ICON to bottom in sequence. Press the STOP button for 2 seconds to enter standby mode.
(Figure 1 shows the initial full display; Figure 2 shows the standby mode display.)
2. If there is no input of key operation or RPM signal input for 4 minutes, the LCD will go to Sleeping mode (Figure 3).
(Figure 3 shows the sleeping mode display.)
Break Mode:
When in START mode, press the “START” button once to enter Break mode with a buzzer sound of 0.5s every 30 seconds. The computer will still display all functions, but the LCD windows will show “P”. The buzzer will sound for 1 second and enter into standby mode after a break of 5 minutes. Press “START” to continue.
(Figure 4 shows the console display indicating 'P' for break mode.)
Stop Mode:
Press the “STOP” button with a buzzer sound of 0.5s to enter Stop mode. Initially, all LCD windows will not display data. After 0.5s, the LCD will display TIME, DIST, CAL (displaying KM or ML according to the setting). After 7s with a buzzer sound of 0.25s, the LCD displays MAX ICON, WATTS, SPEED, PULSE. After another 7s with a buzzer sound of 0.25s, the LCD displays AVE ICON WATTS, SPEED, PACE. After a further 7s without displaying any data, the data will be shown twice before entering standby mode.

Quick Start:
A. In standby mode, with a single RPM input greater than 20, quickly press “START”. A buzzer will sound for 0.5s, then TIME, CALORIES, DISTANCE, WATTS, SPEED, and PACE will flash in sequence, with values counting up according to the operation.
(Figure 6 shows the console display during quick start.)
B. If the “PULSE” ICON is lit, and a heart signal is input, the “PULSE” ICON will flash with the current value. If no heart signal is input, the LCD will display “P”.
C. If there is no input for 5 minutes, the buzzer will ring for 0.5s, and the computer will return to standby mode.
D. If the setting is not completed within 30 seconds, the buzzer will sound for 0.5 seconds, and the system will return to standby mode.
E. Press the “START” button once to enter break mode, and press “START” to continue running.
F. Press the “STOP” button to sound the buzzer for 0.5 seconds and enter stop mode.
G. If the result of movement is displayed, press the “STOP” button to leave and return to standby mode.
H. When adjusting the adjustment button, the LOAD resistance for each segment will be displayed in the WATT window.
6. INTERVAL 10/20:
A. Press the “INTERVAL 10/20” button to enter this mode. The LCD will display the 10/20 ICON with a buzzer beep of 0.5s.
B. If no input is made within 30 seconds during setting, the computer will return to standby mode.
C. The “READY” ICON counts down from 3s to 0s, accompanied by a short buzzer beep (Figure 7). The LCD displays “01/XX” (“01” is flashing). The “WORK” ICON flashes once every 1 second with buzzer sounds (shining 0.75s / off 0.25s). The “TIME” ICON counts down from 10s to 0s. DISTANCE, CALORIES, WATTS, SPEED, RPM count up according to the operation (Figure 8).
(Figure 7 shows the countdown for READY; Figure 8 shows the display during INTERVAL 10/20.)
D. After 10 seconds of work, the LCD window displays “01/08” (“01” is flashing), and the “REST” ICON keeps flashing. The buzzer rings for 0.25s per second, and TIME starts to count down from 20s to 0s.
E. Work and REST display in a cycle. The cycle count increases each time until it reaches 08/08 (total 8 cycles). A buzzer ring of 0.5s enters stop mode. (The average value of the sports results is calculated only within the Work time).
F. When the last REST is reached, this mode stops directly.
G. If no input is made for 5 minutes, the buzzer rings for 0.5s, and the system enters standby mode.
H. Press the “START” button once to enter break mode, and press “START” to continue running.
I. Press the “STOP” button to sound the buzzer for 0.5s and enter stop mode.
J. If the result of movement is displayed, press the “STOP” button to leave and return to standby mode.
7. INTERVAL 20/10:
A. Press the “INTERVAL 20/10” button to enter this mode. The LCD displays the 20/10 ICON (Figure 10) with a buzzer beep of 0.5s.
B. If no input is made within 30 seconds during setting, the computer will return to standby mode.
C. The “READY” ICON counts down from 3s to 0s, accompanied by a short buzzer beep (Figure 7). The LCD displays “01/XX” (“01” is flashing). The “WORK” ICON flashes once every 1 second with buzzer sounds (shining 0.75s / off 0.25s). The “TIME” ICON counts down from 10s to 0s. DISTANCE, CALORIES, WATTS, SPEED, RPM count up according to the operation (Figure 10).
D. After 10 seconds of work, the LCD window displays “01/08” (“01” is flashing), and the “REST” ICON keeps flashing. The buzzer rings for 0.25 seconds per second, and TIME starts to count down from 20s to 0s.
E. Work and REST display in a cycle. The cycle count increases each time until it reaches 08/08 (total 8 cycles). A buzzer ring of 0.5s enters stop mode. (The average value of the sports results is calculated only within the Work time).
F. When the last REST is reached, this mode stops directly.
G. If no input is made for 5 minutes, the buzzer rings for 0.5s, and the system enters standby mode.
H. Press the “START” button once to enter break mode, and press “START” to continue running.
I. Press the “STOP” button to sound the buzzer for 0.5s and enter stop mode.
J. If the result of movement is displayed, press the “STOP” button to leave and return to standby mode.
8. INTERVAL CUSTOM:
A. Press the “INTERVAL CUSTOM” button to enter this mode. The LCD displays the Custom ICON (Figure 13) with a buzzer beep of 0.5s.
B. The LCD displays the preset value 01. Press the “UP” / “DOWN” buttons to set (setting range 01~20). This is non-recyclable (Figure 14).
C. Press “ENTER” to confirm. The “WORK” ICON flashes, and the LCD window “TOTAL TIME” displays the preset value 0:30. Press the “UP” / “DOWN” buttons to set (setting range: 0:05~30:00). This is non-recyclable (Figure 15).
D. Press “ENTER” to confirm. The “REST” ICON flashes, and the LCD window “TOTAL TIME” displays the preset value 0:20. Press the “UP” / “DOWN” buttons to set (setting range: 0:05~30:00). This is non-recyclable (Figure 16).
E. Press “ENTER” to confirm. A short buzzer rings for 0.5s. The LCD displays “01/XX” (“01” is flashing). The “WORK” ICON flashes once every 1 second with buzzer sounds (shining 0.75s / off 0.25s). The “TIME” ICON counts down from the setting value. DISTANCE, CALORIES, WATTS, SPEED, PACE count up according to the operation.
F. When the RSET time is set, the matrix displays 01/XX (part 01 is flashing), the “REST” ICON keeps flashing, and the buzzer rings for 0.25s every second.
G. “Work” and “REST” display in a cycle. The cycle count increases each time until it reaches 08/08 (total 8 cycles). A buzzer ring of 0.5s enters stop mode. (The average value of the sports results is calculated only within the Work time).
H. When the last REST is reached, this mode stops directly.
I. If no input is made for 5 minutes, the buzzer rings for 0.5s, and the system enters standby mode.
J. Press the “START” button once to enter break mode, and press “START” to continue running.
K. Press the “STOP” button to sound the buzzer for 0.5s and enter stop mode.
L. If the result of movement is displayed, press the “STOP” button to leave and return to standby mode.
(Figure 14 shows setting the number of intervals; Figure 15 shows setting the work time; Figure 16 shows setting the rest time.)
9. TARGET TIME:
A. Press the “TARGET TIME” button to enter this mode. The LCD flashes display TARGET & TIME.
B. The LCD “TIME” window displays the preset value 1:00 or the last set value. Press the “UP” / “DOWN” buttons to set (setting range 1:00~1:59:00). This is non-recyclable.
C. After setting, press “ENTER” to confirm. The TARGET & TIME ICON continues flashing, meanwhile starting to count down from the setting value.
D. Press the “START” button once to enter break mode, and press “START” to continue running.
E. Press the “STOP” button to sound the buzzer for 0.5s and enter stop mode.
F. If no input is made for 5 minutes, the buzzer rings for 0.5s and enters standby mode.
G. If the setting is not completed within 30s, the buzzer rings for 0.5s and returns to standby mode.
H. If the result of movement is displayed, press the “STOP” button to leave and return to standby mode.
10. TARGET CALORIES:
A. Press the “TARGET CALORIE” button to enter this mode. The LCD flashes display TARGET & CALORIE.
B. The LCD “CALORIE” window displays the preset value 2:00 or the last set value. Press the “UP” / “DOWN” buttons to set (setting range 1~2000). This is non-recyclable.
C. After setting, press “ENTER” to confirm. The TARGET & CALORIE ICON continues flashing, meanwhile starting to count down from the setting value.
D. Press the “START” button once to enter break mode, and press “START” to continue running.
E. Press the “STOP” button to sound the buzzer for 0.5s and enter stop mode.
F. If no input is made for 5 minutes, the buzzer rings for 0.5s and enters standby mode.
G. If the setting is not completed within 30s, the buzzer rings for 0.5s and returns to standby mode.
H. If the result of movement is displayed, press the “STOP” button to leave and return to standby mode.
11. TARGET DISTANCE:
A. Press the “TARGET DISTANCE” button to enter this mode. The LCD flashes display TARGET & DISTANCE.
B. The LCD “DISTANCE” window displays the preset value 0.5KM/0.5Miles or the last set value. Press the “UP” / “DOWN” buttons to set (setting range 0.5~100). This is non-recyclable.
C. After setting, press “ENTER” to confirm. The TARGET & DISTANCE ICON continues flashing, meanwhile starting to count down from the setting value.
D. Press the “START” button once to enter break mode, and press “START” to continue running.
E. Press the “STOP” button to sound the buzzer for 0.5s and enter stop mode.
F. If no input is made for 5 minutes, the buzzer rings for 0.5s and enters standby mode.
G. If the setting is not completed within 30s, the buzzer rings for 0.5s and returns to standby mode.
H. If the result of movement is displayed, press the “STOP” button to leave and return to standby mode.
Using Instruction: Treadmill Moving
When moving the machine, ensure the following:
- Grab the rear mobility arm with both hands.
- Lift the machine up from the end and stand up straight.
- The machine can be moved slowly forward or backward.
- Lightly lower the machine in its proper place.
