Precautions
Do not use this tool if you have an active ear infection, ruptured eardrum or redness. Discontinue use immediately and seek medical care whenever you feel pain or discomfort during use.

The downloaded app helps visualize and remove ear wax from the ear canal. Please keep the ear spoon at a safe distance from the eardrum.
Please be careful when using it to avoid getting too deep into the ear canal and causing injury.
If the ear wax is hard and stubborn to remove, please use ear drops for a few days to soften it before removing. Do not press too hard on your ear canal when removing the wax to avoid any scraping.
If there is a significant buildup of earwax when first using the device, it's best to remove the wax in stages to avoid irritation.
After the initial wax cleaning, use the device as required to avoid any further build-up of wax.
Always disinfect the accessories and device with alcohol after use. When cleaning the lens, please wipe carefully with a professional alcohol wipe cotton swab. It is forbidden to soak in water or wash the whole body.
It is forbidden to use this device while charging.
It is prohibited for children to use this product alone to avoid careless harm.

Steps to Use on Smartphone
Step 1: Download "Soulear" App
For iOS: Download and install the App "Soulear" from the App Store.
For Android: Download and install the App "Soulear" from Google Play Store.
Optional: Scan the QR code provided in the manual to download the App.
Step 2: Turn on the Device
Long press the power button to turn on the device. After 5 seconds, proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Connect to WIFI
Open the "Soulear" App, click "Connect Device", follow the prompts, and click "Connect Now" to access the mobile WIFI setting interface.
Find "Soulear-xxxx" on the WIFI setting page and click to connect.
Step 4: Confirm Connection
After the mobile phone displays "Soulear-xxxx" WIFI is connected, return to the App and click "Connected" to operate the device.
Step 5: Handle Prompts
iOS: When prompted "Soulear" would like to find and connect to devices on your local network, click "OK".
Android: If your mobile phone prompts "WIFI has no data connection, whether to continue trying to use the WiFi?", click "Keep" / "CONNECT" / "Decline" as appropriate.
General Prompt: If a prompt appears stating "This WLAN network has no Internet access. Connect anyway?", please select "CONNECT" to ensure proper functionality. If you initially select "CANCEL", you will need to forget the "Soulear-xxxx" network in your phone's settings and reconnect.
App Permissions: Allow the "Soulear" App to access "WLAN" or "WLAN & Cellular Data" in your device settings.
Helpful Tips
- Before use, please check and confirm that the replaceable ear spoon silicone cover is securely assembled and not likely to fall off.
- If this is your first time using the product, carefully and slowly adapt to the sensation of the ear spoon in the ear canal. Track the view from the APP to understand the ear canal environment and avoid accidental injury.
- Before use, you can wipe the front camera of the ear spoon with wet wipes or an alcohol cotton swab. You can also freely replace accessories as needed.
Troubleshooting
- App crashed: Please uninstall the App and scan the QR code to install it again.
- Camera is unresponsive, camera doesn't light up: Please charge the device.
- Live image does not show after launching the app:
- Ensure you are connected to the correct WIFI ID "Soulear-xxxx".
- When prompted about no internet access, select "Connect" or "Keep Connection". If you previously selected "Cancel", forget the network and reconnect.
- In your mobile device settings, allow the "Soulear" App to access "WLAN" or "WLAN & Cellular Data".
- Close and reopen the App.
- Toggle mobile data off and on again.
- WIFI connection breaks: Please restart the ear endoscope, open the App, and reconnect to WIFI.
- iPhone prompts "cannot join this WIFI, the network is temporarily unavailable, please try again later": Turn off the product, wait 30 seconds, turn it back on, and reconnect to WIFI.
- Android phone connects to WIFI, prompts "Network access is full" / "Network access is restricted": Turn off the product, wait 30 seconds, turn it back on, and reconnect to WIFI.
- Cannot store photos or videos to your phone: Allow "Soulear" access to photos, media, and files in your device settings.
- The power indicator of the ear pick shows red: Please charge the product.
- Ear endoscope's red light on: Please charge the product.
