Pflichten aufgrund der Herstellung und des Inverkehrbringens von Substanzen / Chemikalien zur VorRegistrierung und Registrierung (ECHA) sind für uns nicht zutreffend. Unsere Produkte sind Erzeugnisse und daher nicht als Stoff bzw. Zubereitung zu definieren. Zudem wird aus unseren Erzeugnissen unter normalen und vorhersehbaren Verwendungsbedingungen kein Stoff freigesetzt. Somit unterliegt die PCE Deutschland GmbH weder der Registrierungspflicht noch der Pflicht zur Erstellung von Sicherheitsdatenblättern. We endeavour to ensure that all goods supplied comply with our product specifications and our high quality standards as well as national and international standards and regulations. Obligations due to the manufacture and placing on the market of substances / chemicals for pre-registration and registration (ECHA) do not apply to us. Our products are articles and therefore cannot be defined as substances or preparations. Furthermore, no substance is released from our products under normal and foreseeable conditions of use. Therefore, PCE Deutschland GmbH is neither subject to the obligation to register nor to the obligation to prepare safety data sheets.
