USING A DRAIN HOSE

The hose can be rerouted to the left or right side of the body, depending on the location of your house's drain hole. To do so, perform the following:

  1. Untie the Drain Hose from the back panel of the washing machine and position the Drain Hose as shown on Fig. 1. Place the mat or any cloth on the floor before laying down the unit to protect it from scratches. (Remove or Cut the Tie Wires left in the back panel of the washing machine.)
  2. The default position of the Hose is at the right side of the body (with person facing front of the unit): To set the Hose at the left side.
    • Untie the Drain Hose and the Tie Wires from the base (Fig. 1).
    • Reroute the Drain Hose to the left side. Hook each Tie Wire between two holes on the base. Wrap the Tie Wires around the hose once, then twist at least 3 times (Fig. 2).
    • Hook the Hose to the Hose Hanger at your left side.
  3. Return the unit to its upright position.

Hose arrangement (Fig. 3)

[Diagrams: Fig. 1 shows the drain hose tied to the back panel. Fig. 2 shows tie wires used to reroute the hose to the left side. Fig. 3 illustrates three hose arrangements: (a) hose tip above water level, (b) hose laid flat, and (c) indicating a maximum length of 2 meters.]

General Operation

Always lay down the drain hose while using the unit. ?

  1. Connect the Power Plug to 230V 60Hz power source. ?
  2. Set CYCLE SELECTOR to WASH/RINSE ?.
  3. Insert water hose to WASH/RINSE Inlet or use a pail to fill washtub with water halfway between pulsator and high water level mark. Keep the water hose from blocking the control panel. ?
  4. Put detergent depending on the water volume and detergent package indications.
  5. Set WASH TIMER knob to 1 minute to dissolve the detergent. ⏱️
  6. Put clothes one by one in the wash tub and push it towards the bottom. Continue adding water up to appropriate level. (Gradually add water to achieve a faster clothes turning rate; maximum level is up to "H1" mark.)
  7. Set the WASH TIMER to appropriate setting. (Please refer to Table 2) ⏱️

Note: If you will not use the water in the wash tub for further loads, drain it by setting Cycle Selector to DRAIN.

[Diagram: Shows water level marks on the overflow filter, labeled H1, H, M, L. Also shows corresponding water volumes in liters for each level: H=76L, M=63L, L=54L.]

Initial Spinning

  1. Place the small clothes, then the bigger clothes evenly in the Spin Tub. ?
  2. Press clothes down firmly, then place the Spinner Cap to prevent the clothes from being thrown out. ?
  3. Close the Inner Lid followed by the Spinner Lid completely, then set the Spin Timer to 1-2 mins. ⏱️

[Diagram: Illustrates the three steps for initial spinning: loading clothes evenly into the spin tub, placing the spinner cap, and closing the inner and spinner lids before setting the timer.]

Spin Rinsing

With Spin Rinsing, the soap suds in the clothes will be removed faster and you can save on rinsing time and water. However, if water from the faucet contains rust and/or other foreign matter, do not perform spin rinsing.

  1. Remove the Spinner Cap then insert water supply hose using hose adaptor to Spin Rinse Inlet to prevent obstruction to Spinner Lid. Keep the water hose from blocking the control panel. ??
  2. While the Spin timer is at “OFF” position (Spin Tub not rotating), turn on faucet for about 1 minute. Adjust the water flow so that the shower is directed approximately to center of the Spin Tub. ?
  3. Turn off faucet then return Spinner Cap properly and spin for about 1 to 2 minutes. ⏱️

Note: Spinning Operation will not start when the Spinner Lid is open even the Spin Timer is set.

Notes:

[Diagram: Shows the recommended position of the Hose Adaptor to prevent it from obstructing the Spinner Lid during operation.]

Rinsing

  1. Set CYCLE SELECTOR to WASH / RINSE. ?
  2. Transfer water hose into the Wash/Rinse Water Inlet (keep the water hose from blocking the control panel). Turn on faucet or use pail to fill Wash Tub with water on the recommended level or base on your desired level. ?
  3. Place clothes one by one in the Wash tub.
  4. Perform either ordinary rinsing or overflow rinsing.

Ordinary Rinsing

Overflow Rinsing

Always close the Wash Lid to avoid splashing of water. ?

Final Spinning

  1. Put clothes into the Spin Tub again. ?
  2. Put Spinner Cap securely, then close Inner Lid and Spinner Lid and set Spin Timer, depending on fabric type. ?⏱️
