Troubleshooting
Trouble | Cause and Remedy |
---|---|
No Refrigeration | - Check plug insertion. - Verify fuse. - Ensure power supply. |
Unsatisfactory Refrigeration | - Check for direct sunlight or heat sources. - Ensure good ventilation. - Verify door closure. - Inspect door seal. - Check for overloading. - Ensure food does not block air vents. - Adjust temperature controller. |
Excessive Noise | - Check if the freezer is level. - Verify if it's in contact with walls/objects. - Check for loose parts. |
Note: Murmuring/gurgling sounds (coolant circulation) and condensation in humid weather are normal.
Principle of Refrigeration System and Electric Circuit Diagram
The compression refrigeration system operates in four steps: compression, condensation, throttling, and vaporization. The compressor turns coolant into high-pressure gas, which condenses into liquid, then throttles through a capillary device before vaporizing in the evaporator, absorbing heat. The cycle repeats.
Circuit Diagram
Diagram shows the refrigeration cycle components: evaporator, capillary device, drying filter, condenser, and compressor, along with the electrical circuit diagram for the compressor, starter, capacitor, and probes.
