Product Introduction

The Climate Sensor W100 is a high-precision temperature and humidity sensor featuring a screen. It supports Zigbee and Thread dual protocols, allowing it to monitor and record ambient temperature and humidity in real time. The sensor can be associated with an additional temperature and humidity sensor. Its three custom buttons can control other smart home devices and bind with thermostat devices for wireless control. The device also supports access to the Matter ecosystem and the Aqara Home with an Aqara hub, enhancing the smart home experience with other smart devices.

Device Overview

The device features an LCD screen displaying various information. Key components and indicators are labeled numerically:

Installation Method

1. With desktop stand

Place the device on a flat surface using the provided desktop stand.

2. With wall bracket/On magnetic surface

Only available for TH-S04D model. Attach the wall bracket to the desired surface, then mount the device onto the bracket.

3. With screw kit

Use the provided screw kit to securely mount the device to a wall or other surface.

Quick Setup

1) Access to Aqara Home

1. Download the Aqara Home App

Search for "Aqara Home" in your app store or scan the QR code provided in the manual to download the app.

2. Power On

Remove the battery insulation film and wait for the device to power on.

3. Add Device

Open the Aqara Home app, tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner of the homepage, and select the device accordingly.

• If the addition fails, move the device closer to the hub and try again.
• Ensure that a compatible hub (such as Hub M3) is under your Aqara account and within the connection range when using it.

2) Access to the 3rd-Party Matter ecosystem

Method 1:

1. Ensure you have installed a Matter-compatible app and have a Matter-compatible Thread border router.
2. After the device is powered on, the indicator light will begin to flash slowly, indicating that the device has entered network setting mode.
3. Open your Matter-enabled app, scan the Matter QR code on the instruction manual or product, or enter the setup code to add the device to the app.

Method 2:

After adding the device to the Aqara Home app, navigate to "Matter Ecosystem" on the settings page. Follow the prompts to join, synchronizing device-specific actions (such as single click, long press) to the Matter platform that supports "wireless switch" and "temperature and humidity sensor" device types (e.g., Apple Home, Home Assistant). This allows for triggering automations and scenes.

Button Operations

Setting Item Switch

You can adjust setting items by pressing the "o" button. After selecting a setting item, use the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust the corresponding parameters.

*Supported settings and modes depend on the connected thermostat device. The "o" button refers to Wireless Switch 2.

Child Lock

After activation, the device's button operations will be disabled, effectively preventing accidental operation by children.

Reset and Factory Reset

*The above button interactions apply when binding an Aqara thermostat device. When the thermostat is not bound, the user can customize the three button interaction operations.
