Tefal Pro Express Vision Steam Generator Iron: User Guide

Ironing Modes
Select the appropriate mode for your ironing needs:
- SMART Mode: Automatically adjusts temperature and steam for optimal results.
- DELICATE Mode: For gentle ironing of delicate fabrics.
- NORMAL Mode: Suitable for everyday ironing tasks.
- MAX BOOST Mode: Provides maximum steam output for tough creases and vertical steaming.
Operating Instructions
Step 1: Power On
Press the [On] button. The iron will begin to heat up.
Step 2: Steam Activation
Steam is released during ironing. To activate maximum steam output for stubborn creases or vertical steaming, press the [Boost] button. An [OK] indicator will light up when the iron is ready.
Step 3: SMART/AUTO Functionality
The iron features an [Auto] mode, indicated by a light. It also includes a [Stop] function that pauses steam when the iron is stationary, indicated by a [Stop] light.
Step 4: Indicator Lights
Various indicator lights signal the iron's status, such as heating, steam readiness, and selected mode.
Step 5: Filling the Water Tank
Open the water tank and fill it with water up to the [Max] line. Ensure the tank is securely closed before use.
Step 6: Anti-Calc System Maintenance
The iron incorporates an Anti-Calc system. The system requires maintenance, typically cleaning the collector, recommended every 2 years (indicated by a [Year] symbol).
Step 7: Turning Off the Iron
Press the [Off] button to switch off the iron. Unplug the power cord from the electrical socket.
Allow the iron to cool down completely before storing. Cooling indicators ([1H], [2H]) suggest the approximate cooling duration.
