Safety Warning Code WARNING 1. Always place the unit on a smooth, flat, lint-free, non-metallic, water-proof and level surface and keep it away from direct sunlight. 2. Always place the unit 2 feet (60 cm) above the floor, 12 inches (30 cm) away from the wall, away from other appliances and off of wooden surfaces. 3. Do not place the unit on carpet, rugs or other surfaces that may block the inlet vent and resultantly damage the unit. 4. To avoid electric shock, do not use wet hands to plug and unplug the unit. 5. Do not start the unit when the water tank is empty. 6. Do not add any additives into the water tank that are not produced or supervised by our company. 7. Do not put anything except water into the water tank. 8. Do not add water through the mist outlet. 9. While the humidifier is operating, do not touch the water inside the unit or any parts submerged in water. 10. Do not cover or block the mist outlet, the mist outlet should be kept clear at all times. 11. Do not replace the power cord without authorization from an authorized representative; 12. Always ensure proper contact between the power cord and outlet. 13. Never use this appliance on the same circuit as other appliances. 14. Do not place the appliance near a water source. 15. Do not disassemble, modify or repair internal parts without authorization from an authorized representative. 16. Do not climb or sit on the appliance. 17. Do not store appliance near or around flammable items, explosive items or heat sources. 18. Do not directly flush the humidifier with water. 19. Always use the power button to turn off the humidifier before unplugging the power cord. 20. Always use filtered or distilled water and do not use hard water. 21. Please do not use a damaged or worn power cord; Do not replace the power cord without authorization. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service department or professional from similar department to avoid danger. 22. Power off and unplug the humidifier during thunderstorms; 23. During an abnormal phenomenon (like a burnt smell), power off the humidifier and unplug the power cord. 24. After a long period of no use, power off the humidifier and unplug the power cord then, clean the water tank according to the "Cleaning and Maintenance" instructions. 25. To avoid bacterial growth, consistently change the water in the water tank and base. 26. Before moving the appliance, always unplug the power cord; 3 / 13 Service Manual, 2021 v1.0 27. If the appliance is tipped over when filled with water, be sure to unplug the power cord immediately and send it for inspection. 28. The suitable ambient temperature for use of this product: 41°F~104°F, relative humidity: <80% RH (Please use pure water with temperature less than 104°F). 29. Do not run cord under carpeting. 30. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners or similar coverings. 31. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. 32. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over. 2. Dismantling of appliance 2.1 Remove the top cover Remove the aromatherapy cover by rotating it in the direction shown. Use a flat-port screwdriver to pry the top cover from the position shown in the figure, reach in through the opening, and pull out the top cover with force. 2.2 Remove the blades Pull out the blade. 2.3 Remove the motor 4 / 13 Service Manual, 2021 v1.0 The motor can be removed by unscrewing the two screws fixing the motor on the motor cover. 2.4 Remove the micro switch The micro switch can be removed by prying out the switch bracket with a flatmouth screwdriver. 2.5 Remove the gear switch Use your fingers to open the buckle of the fixed gear switch on the switch bracket to both sides and remove the gear switch. 2.6 Removing indicator light Hold the indicator light with your hand and push it out. 2.7 Removing Power Cables 5 / 13 Service Manual, 2021 v1.0 90° Hold the baffle card of the power cable with pliers and rotate it 90° counterclockwise to pull out the power cable. 3. Function and operation 3.1 Installing Power Cables 90° Insert the power cable into the power cable outlet of the housing, hold the baffle card with pliers, and rotate 90° clockwise to secure the power cable. 3.2 Installing Indicators Thread the line of the indicator light into the hole of the enclosure and press inward to fasten the indicator light. 3.3 Install the gear switch 3 Insert the tin-dipped end of the power cord into the gear switch completely, and insert the 3 motor wiring harnesses similarly. 6 / 13 Service Manual, 2021 v1.0 Align the gear switch with the column bar of the switch bracket, press down, and buckle the gear switch. Press the power cord harness into the switch bracket slot. 3.4 Install the micro switch The micro switch can be installed by pointing the hole of the micro switch at the two cylinders of the switch support and pushing flat. Install the switch bracket from the top down into the mounting slot. 3.5 Install the motor Install the motor at the motor support of the air duct. Motor wire and micro switch wire from the air channel slot through, line pressure into the card slot. Knock the motor cover onto the motor and secure with two screws. 7 / 13 Service Manual, 2021 v1.0 3.6 Install the blades The blade hole is aligned with the motor column and pressed down into place. Connect the wiring harness according to the schematic diagram through the wiring cap. Insert the wiring cap into the sleeve, press into the buckle, buckle the sleeve. 3.7 Install the lid Place the top cover flat on the main machine and tighten the top cover by pressing. Install aromatherapy cover by rotating as shown. 8 / 13 Service Manual, 2021 v1.0 3.8 Install the ball float Place the floating ball in the center of the base, cover the support over the floating ball, screw for a moment to fix the floating ball support, and the other end of the support is stuck in the buckle of the base. 3.9 Assemble water tank and upper shell assembly Put the humidifying filter into the water tank, and then place the upper shell assembly on the water tank. 9 / 13 Service Manual, 2021 v1.0 4.
