Using Your Dishwasher
Loading The Dishwasher
Recommendation:
- All items to be washed should be marked "dishwasher safe".
- Use only dish detergent designed for automatic dishwashers; hand washing detergent can create excessive foam.
- For delicate items, select a program with lower temperatures.
- CAUTION: Do not remove glass and cutlery immediately after the program ends, as they will be very hot.
Items Not Recommended for Dishwasher Use:
- Not suitable for use: Cutlery with wooden, horn, china, or mother-of-pearl handles; plastic items not heat resistant; older cutlery with glued parts not temperature resistant; bonded cutlery items or dishes; pewter or copper items; crystal glass; steel items subject to rusting; wooden items; items made from synthetic fibers.
- Limited suitability: Some glasses may become dull after many washes. Silver and aluminum may discolor during washing. Glazed patterns may fade if washed frequently.
Dishwasher Loading Tips:
Scrape off any large food particles. Soften remnants of burnt food in pans. Rinsing dishes under running water is not necessary. Place objects in the dishwasher as follows:
- Items such as cups, glasses, pots/pans, etc., should be loaded face downwards.
- Curved items or those with recesses should be loaded at a slant so that water can run off.
- All items should be inserted securely and should not tip over, move around, or contact other items.
Diagram Description: An illustration showing a dishwasher basket filled with various dishes, cutlery, and glassware, demonstrating proper loading placement.
Ensure all utensils are placed so that the spray arms can rotate freely during washing.
NOTE: Very small items should not be washed in the dishwasher as they could easily fall out of the basket.
- Load items so that the dirty surface faces the center of the dishwasher.
- Load long and/or sharp cutlery horizontally on the cutlery tray.
- Avoid nesting dishes for best results (e.g., two spoons together).
- Ensure items do not touch or move/wobble in the basket, as this can cause damage to your dishes.
- Do not allow items to extend below the dishwasher rack, as this could cause interference with the wash arm.
- Do not overload your dishwasher. If water cannot reach all dishes from the bottom or top spray arms, wash results may be poor.
Loading The Baskets
Position the dishes and cookware so that they will not be moved by the spray of water. A recommended loading layout includes 1 serving bowl and 2 settings of personal tableware.
Diagram Description: Shows a detailed illustration of the upper and lower dishwasher baskets with suggested placement for various items like plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery.
Diagram Description: Illustrates how to fold down rack shelves. Shows tines being raised upwards and folded downwards to accommodate larger items like plates and platters.
Loading The Detergent
This product does not support rinse aid. Only add detergent.
⚠️ WARNING
- Only use detergent specifically for dishwashers. Never use any other rinse aid and detergents, as this will damage the appliance.
- Dishwasher detergent is corrosive! Keep dishwasher detergent out of the reach of children.
Detergent Tablets:
Detergent tablets of different brands dissolve at different speeds. For this reason, some detergent tablets may not dissolve completely and develop their full cleaning power during short programs. Therefore, please use long programs when using detergent tablets to ensure complete dissolution.
Detergent:
The detergent must be refilled before the start of each wash cycle, following the instructions provided in the Wash Cycle Table. This dishwasher uses less detergent than conventional dishwashers. Generally, only one tablespoon of detergent is needed for a normal wash load. More heavily soiled items may require more detergent. Always add the detergent just before starting the dishwasher.
Diagram Description: Shows detergent being added to the detergent cup inside the dishwasher.
Wash Cycle Selection
Wash Cycle Programs
The table below shows which programs are best for different levels of food residue and how much detergent is needed. It also provides various information about the programs.

Turning On The Appliance
Starting a wash cycle:
- Draw out the basket (refer to "Loading the Dishwasher" section).
- Pour in the detergent (refer to "Fill the detergent" section).
- Insert the plug into the socket. The power supply is 120VAC 60HZ.
- Press the power button to turn on the appliance.
- Connect the inlet hose to the tap, ensuring the water supply is turned on to full pressure, or add water to the tank manually.
- Select a suitable program according to the "Wash cycle table".
- If a program is selected, the response light will illuminate. Then press the Start/Cancel button to begin the cycle.
NOTE: When the dishwasher is paused during washing, it will beep every minute as a reminder until the Start/Cancel button is pressed to restart or cancel the cycle. A wash cycle can only be changed if it has been running for a short time; otherwise, the detergent may have already been released, and the dishwasher may have already drained the wash water. If this is the case, the dishwasher needs to be reset, and the detergent dispenser must be refilled. To reset the dishwasher, follow these instructions: Diagram Description: Shows a flow from the START button, through program selection (C1 Normal to C5 Fruit), to the START button again, with a Cancel option. A forgotten dish can be added up to 10 minutes after the cycle has started. If this is the case, follow the instructions below: Diagram Description: Illustrates the steps for adding a forgotten dish: opening the door, adding the dish, closing the door, and pressing START. When the wash cycle has finished, the dishwasher buzzer will sound for 8 seconds, then stop. Wait a few minutes before unloading the dishwasher to avoid scalding the dishes; utensils are still hot and more susceptible to breakage. They will also dry better. Switch Off the Dishwasher: Open the door carefully: The dishes should be allowed to cool down for around 15 minutes before removing them from the appliance. Open the dishwasher's door, leave it ajar, and wait a few minutes before removing the dishes. This will allow them to cool and improve drying. Unloading the dishwasher: It is normal for the dishwasher to be wet inside. WARNING: Open the door carefully when the dishwasher is washing. Only open the door slightly and wait for the wash water to settle before fully opening. The wash water is very hot and can cause scalding. In standby mode, you can press and hold the "DELAY" button + "AUTO OPEN" button for 3 seconds simultaneously to drain the water tank.Change The Program

Filter System
⚠️ WARNING
- Never use the dishwasher without filters!
- Make sure the filter is properly assembled. The performance may be affected, and dishes and utensils could become damaged.
The filter efficiently removes food particles from the wash water, allowing it to be recycled during the cycle. For best performance and results, the filter assembly must be cleaned regularly. It is a good practice to remove larger food particles trapped in the filter after each wash cycle by rinsing the filter and cup under running water.
B. Fine Filter: Traps small soil particles, providing filtered water to the spray arms for cleaning.
A. Main Filter: Food and soil particles trapped in this filter are sprayed by a special jet on the lower spray arm and washed down to the drain.
Diagram Description: Shows the filter system with labels A. Main Filter and B. Fine Filter. It also illustrates the steps for cleaning: 1. Turn the filter assembly clockwise, then lift it up. 2. Lift the fine filter up and separate it from the main filter. 3. Clean all filter elements under running water to remove food soils.
NOTE: To re-install the filter system, complete Step 2 to Step 1. The entire filter assembly should be cleaned once a week. Inspect the filters for blockages every time the dishwasher has been used.
⚠️ WARNING: When cleaning the filters, do not knock on them. Otherwise, the filters could be damaged, and the performance of the dishwasher could be decreased.
Dishwasher Care
The control panel and exterior can be cleaned using a lightly dampened cloth. After cleaning, make sure to dry it thoroughly. Never use sharp objects, scouring pads, or harsh cleaners on any part of the dishwasher.
Cleaning The Door
To clean the edge around the door, use only a soft warm, damp cloth. To avoid allowing water into the door lock and electrical components, do not use a spray cleaner of any kind.
⚠️ WARNING:
- Never use a spray cleaner to clean the door panel, as it may damage the door lock and electrical components.
- Abrasive agents or rough paper towels should not be used due to the risk of scratching or leaving spots on the stainless steel surface.
Protect Against Freezing
Protect the dishwasher from freezing temperatures. If the dishwasher will experience freezing temperatures, please follow the below procedure:
- In standby mode, press and hold the DELAY button + AUTO OPEN button for 3 seconds simultaneously to drain the water tank.
- Cut off electrical power to the dishwasher.
- Turn off the water supply and disconnect the water inlet pipe from the back of the dishwasher.
- Drain water from the inlet pipe and dishwasher (use a pan to catch the water).
- Disconnect the drain hose and drain water from the hose and back of the dishwasher (place a catch pan under the connection before disconnecting to catch water).
- Reconnect the water inlet pipe and drain hose to the back of the dishwasher.
- Remove the filter at the bottom of the tub and use a sponge to soak up water in the sump.
NOTE: Damage due to freezing is not covered under the warranty.
Cleaning The Spray Arms
The spray arms can be easily removed for periodic cleaning of the nozzles to remove possible clogging. Wash them under running water and carefully replace them in their seats, checking that their rotary movement is in no way impeded.
Grasp the middle of the spray arm, pull it upwards to remove it. Wash the arms under a jet of running water and replace them carefully to their seats. After reassembly, check that the spray arms rotate freely and are snapped in securely.
Diagram Description: Shows the spray arm being pulled upwards for removal and cleaning.
Dishwasher Maintenance
NOTE: Before cleaning or performing maintenance, always unplug the dishwasher to remove power. After every wash, turn off the water supply to the appliance and leave the door slightly open so that moisture and odors are not trapped inside. To clean the exterior and rubber parts of the dishwasher, do not use solvents or abrasive cleaning products. Only use a cloth with warm soapy water. To remove spots or stains from the surface of the interior, use a cloth dampened with water and a little vinegar, or a cleaning product made specifically for dishwashers. It is recommended that you run a wash cycle with the dishwasher empty and then unplug from power, turn off the water supply, and leave the door of the appliance slightly open. This will help the door seals last longer and prevent odors from forming within the appliance. If the appliance must be moved, try to keep it in a vertical position to prevent water from draining from the dishwasher. If transporting over a long distance, drain water from the interior tank and hoses:After Every Wash
