Poly Edge E400/E500 Series Expansion Module Wall Mount Quick Start

This guide provides instructions for installing the Poly Edge E400/E500 Series Expansion Module Wall Mount.

  • Cordless drill
  • Phillips head screwdriver

Ensure you have all the following components:

  • Poly Edge E400/E500 Series Expansion Module
  • Wall Mount bracket
  • Three (3) M3 x 9 mm screws
  • One (1) M3 x 6 mm screw

Installation Steps

  1. Step 1: Prepare Expansion Module

    The Poly Edge E400/E500 Series Expansion Module is shown, ready for attachment.

  2. Step 2: Align Wall Mount

    Align the Wall Mount bracket with the Expansion Module.

  3. Step 3: Secure Module to Mount (Part 1)

    Insert two (2) M3 x 9 mm screws through the designated holes to attach the Expansion Module to the Wall Mount.

  4. Step 4: Secure Module to Mount (Part 2)

    Insert one (1) M3 x 9 mm screw to complete the attachment of the Expansion Module to the Wall Mount.

  5. Step 5: Module Attached

    The Expansion Module is now securely attached to the Wall Mount. Cables may be connected at this stage.

  6. Step 6: Prepare for Wall Mounting

    The assembled unit (Expansion Module and Wall Mount) is ready for installation onto a wall surface.

  7. Step 7: Wall Mount Dimensions

    The Wall Mount bracket has the following dimensions for precise placement:

    • Height: 73.1 mm (2.88 in)
    • Width: 106.5 mm (4.2 in)
    • Mounting hole spacing (vertical): 80.77 mm (3.18 in)
    • Mounting hole spacing (horizontal): 55.35 mm (2.18 in)
    • Overall width: 102.96 mm (4.05 in)
    • Depth: 35.6 mm (1.4 in)
    • Bracket height: 79.99 mm (3.15 in)

  8. Step 8: Mount to Wall

    Use four (4) screws (not specified size, typically M4) to securely fasten the Wall Mount assembly to the wall surface, aligning with pre-drilled holes or appropriate wall anchors.

  9. Step 9: Final Installation

    The Poly Edge E400/E500 Series Expansion Module Wall Mount is now installed.
