Storage · Always keep the device stored in dry places. · Always keep the device away from flammable and combustible areas. · Store using the protective cover. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Precautions for Use: · All filters have been installed in this air purifier. · Check filters are installed properly. · Check filter handle is towards you. Installation of Filters 1. Place your fingers on the handle. 4. Remove all packaging films from the filters. 2. Move upward to remove the filter cover. 5. Re-install the filters. 3. Take out the new filters with plastic film from the appliance. 6. Re-install the covers. How to Turn On Connect the power to enter the standby configuration, the power indicator lights up. Touch Button Control Panel Operations The easy to use control panel you can select between 4 fan speeds, sleep mode, timer and optional ionizer. Negative ion function is on by default (the screen will display the icon). Touch this button to toggle the ion On/Off. Touch this button to set the timer to power off from now on. Each touch will switch among off, 1hr, 2hr, 4hr, 8hr. When this button is pressed, the air purifier will be set on Sleep Mode. The control panel's lights will turn off and the appliance will operate at the minimum speed. This ultra quiet-operation means undisturbed sleep and waking up with clean fresh air. Touch this button to switch from Auto Mode to Manual Mode. In Manual Mode the speed of the fan can be adjusted as needed and can be set back to Auto Mode by pushing the button again. (The screen will display each kind of mode that is active). In standby mode, the light will be off. Press this button, the light will become bright and the appliance is turned on changing into auto mode; Press the button again, the appliance will go into standby mode. To completely shut down the appliance, the power plug should be removed from the socket. Display Status Note: PM 2.5 is defined as fine dust particles of a diameter of 2.5 micrometers or less. Reminder Reset: Once you've replaced the filter, press the Negative ion icon for 8-10 seconds. Speed PM2.5 TVOC 1 level 0-50 GREEN 2 level 50-100 or BLUE 3 level 100-150 YELLOW 4 level 150--- RED CLEANING & MAINTENANCE Please unplug the machine if not being used. 1. Clean the body 2. Use a soft cloth to remove any stains. 3. Stubborn stains that cannot be easily removed can be wiped with a moderate amount of neutral detergent, using a soft cloth. Note: Do not scratch the machine casing with hard objects during maintenance. When removing the front cover, please follow the instructions and do not damage the machine parts. 4. Cleaning and replacement of the filter: 1) The filter replacement is reminded by the built-in program. However, due to the different degree of pollution in the actual application environment, the use cycle of the filter will be different, and it can be replaced in time according to the size and smell of the sound generated by the machine. 2) When the surface of the composite filter is dusty, use a vacuum cleaner to clean the surface dust to extend the filter's life expectancy. (It is recommended to clean every 2 months) Composite Filter Replace time Replace approximately after every 10 to 12 months of use Condition In a household where there is an absorption of 4-6 cigarettes per day Depending on the place of use and the method of use (for example, households with a large number of smokers), the cycle of filter replacement may be shortened. If the effect is not good, please replace it in time. Dispose the filter as non-combustible refuse. TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Product works abnormally Fresh air cannot be delivered from air outlet smoothly Poor odor removal effect The appliance generates an abnormal sound while running PM2.5 values do not ever reduce and stay only in the higher values. Possible Causes Remedial Action 1. There is a problem with the connection. 2. The filter cover is not placed properly 1. Please check whether the plug is inserted into the socket, and "On/Off" button status. 2. Re-install the filter. 1. The plastic package of new filter is not removed. 2. The air outlet of purifier is blocked by foreign matter. 1. Remove the filter plastic package. 2. Clear away the foreign matter. 1. The ambient air quality of room is very poor. 2. The high-efficiency activated carbon filter is in failure due to environmental factor. 3. The room exceeds the effective area of this product. 1. Open the window to improve air ventilation. 2. Please replace the high-efficiency activated carbon filter mesh. 3. Use in a smaller room. 1. The air inlet or air outlet is blocked by a foreign matter 2. Foreign matter falls into the air tube 1. Please clear the blocking object. 2. Clear the fallen foreign matter. 1. The sensor cover has accumulated a lot of dust. 2. The unit is being operated in a dusty environment. 1. Clean the sensor cover. 2. Adjust the air purifier operating speed to high speed. The above table lists the common problems with this product. If you cannot find answer, please contact our after-sales service centre. WARRANTY Limited Lifetime Warranty Your Medic Therapeutics prodcut is backed by a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty. Medic Therapeutics will repair or replace your device at any time should it fail due to a defect in material or workmanship, subject to the certain limitations. This limited warranty does not cover any damage that results from unauthorized or improper use, service, or repair. Further, it does not cover damage caused by accident, impact, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Should you discover your Medic Therapeutics product is not functioning properly, please send your device to our repair center for evaluation. If your product cannot be repaired or serviced, we will reserve the right to change it for a similar or newer model. Please note that a flat rate of $35.00 will be charged to cover a service evaluation fee and return shipping of your device. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
