External Chassis (includes Back Casing, Fingerprint, Charging Port Areas, Camera , Home , Volume and Power Button) No Dent, No Peeling, No Crack & No Open Gap, No Scratches and No any other Missing Parts.
LCD Screen No Hairline Scratches, No Scratches, No Fine Line, No Crack, No Screen Burn, No Dead Pixel, No Shadow, No lines, No Discolouration, No Screen Bleed and No Screen Flickering.
Connectivity -

WIFI, 3G/4G/Bluetooth/NFC (if any) signals must be able to transmit and receive.
Home , Volume and Power Button Able to Volume Up, Volume Down, Mute, Power, Home Buttons and/or any other Device Keys must be in good working condition .
All functionalities such as (but not limited to) Speakers, Microphone, Camera, Camera Focus, Live Focus, Flash, Charging Port, Face ID, Fingerprint ID, Accelerometer Sensor, Proximity sensor, Barometer Sensor, Lights Sensor, Gyroscope Sensor, Magnetic Sensor, HRM Sensor, Grip Sensor, S-pen (if any) etc, must be in good working condition.
S Pen - No Cracks, No Chips, No Broken Tip or Button and must be in good working condition.

To be eligible for the Trade-Up Campaign, the customer acknowledges that their device must meet the following criteria set out by PC Dreams Pte Ltd ("Criteria"): You may trade in only one (1) device under this Trade-In Program for each New Samsung Device you purchase at Recommended Retail Price. Samsung Trade up Programme is applicable to end-customers only; not trade, corporate or bulk purchases. Samsung Trade Up Programme is only applicable for purchases of eligible Samsung devices within the same category as the trade-in device, i.e. trade-in of a Smartphone is only allowed when an eligible Samsung Smartphone is purchased, and trade-in of a tablet is only allowed when an eligible Samsung tablet is purchased. Refer to https://www.samsung.com/sg/tradeup/ for full list of eligible trade-in devices. Any overtrade promotion is only applicable for devices which are eligible for trade-in. Samsung Trade up Programme is valid within (60) days from date of purchase of new Eligible Samsung Device. Newly purchased eligible Samsung device and proof of purchase must be presented at point of evaluation of the trade-in device. Validity of quoted trade-in value is only valid at the point of quotation by PC Dreams. Samsung reserve the right to reject any Trade in submission, if an Eligible Samsung Device IMEI / Serial Number has already been transacted previously. You will need to retrieve the IMEI / serial number of your new Eligible Samsung device, before you can proceed with the trade-in transaction. To retrieve the IMEI/ serial number of your new Eligible Samsung Device, simply dial *#06# on your device.
Trade-In Value is determined by PC Dreams in its sole discretion and may vary depending on the time of purchase. Samsung reserves the right to amend the list of eligible devices and their trade-in values at any time without prior notice. Information accurate as of 1 APR 2021.
Please refer to Samsung Trade up website https://www.samsung.com/sg/tradeup/ for the most up to date information on eligible devices and Trade-In Value. Trade-in values listed are only approximate valuations. The actual value of your Eligible Trade-in Device will depend on the device's actual condition. To obtain an accurate quote for your Eligible Trade-in Device, please bring the device to any Samsung Experience Store for device diagnostic.
Samsung Trade Up Programme is provided by PC Dreams Pte Ltd as an independent third party. Your Trade-In Device must meet all of PC Dreams Pte Ltd requirements stated below :
- Your Trade-In Device must power on, hold a charge and not power off unexpectedly; and able to read all Singapore SIM Card and connect to Local network - Your Trade-In Device IMEI / Serial number must be accessible, export non local units are not accepted - Device must have Wi-Fi connectivity , 3G/4G/Bluetooth/NFC (if any) signals must be able to transmit and receive (applicable to iPhone, Android); able to call IN and OUT; properly factory reset - The housing component is intact and there no gaps between the housing and screen; Housing, Casing and cover has , major damage; no crack; no missing button and
buttons are functioning; - Your Trade in Device must not have any liquid damage - Your Trade-In Device under Grading condition A-E must have a functioning display with no black spots , Shadow , discolouration or dead pixelation of any kind; - Trade in Device must consist of genuine parts - Trade in Device must not be a clone set - The finger print and FACE ID feature of the device is in working condition - Your Trade-in Device must be a Local Singapore Unit , with a local part number - Your Trade-In Device must not be on a black list of any kind; - At the time of trade-in, you must be the owner of the Trade-In Device, as leased devices are not eligible; - Reactivation Lock, Google Factory Reset Protection, iCloud Lock or any other anti-theft locking software must be disabled on your Trade-In Device; - Before you trade your Trade-In Device at Samsung Experience Store , you must perform a factory reset on it and remove all personal information - In addition, make sure that you remove all accessories, covers, cases, locks, SIM cards and memory cards before trading the device in Samsung Experience Store.
Any such items traded in with your Trade-In Device will not be returned. Lost, Blocked, Stolen and Counterfeit Devices

In the case PC Dreams is notified or suspect that the Device is either lost or stolen, PC Dreams may request further proof of ownership of the Device. Additional proof of ownership may
include, but is not limited to, receipts, tax invoices or carrier receipts. In the event that there is insufficient proof of ownership, the Device may be returned to you, or to the relevant
authorities.

PC Dreams may work with a number of agencies and service providers to enable us to check the IMEI / Serial Number of all Devices that are sent to PC Dreams to confirm that they are not
stolen. PC Dreams may do this prior to confirming purchase. However, in the event that PC Dreams become aware of any issues at any time, we reserve the right to withhold/cancel
payment and you agree to co-operate with us and any authorities should we make such a request.

PC Dreams will make no payments to customers for Devices received which are lost, stolen Counterfeit Devices. PC Dreams reserve the right to inform the relevant authorities if there is
any suspicion that there is a deliberate attempt to perpetrate a fraud. We reserve the right to reclaim any money paid to you if it is discovered within three months of the return of that
Device that the Device has either been reported as a lost, stolen or the Device is discovered to be a Counterfeit.
Remove Your Data and Unlock Your Trade-In Device
You must remove all data, including all confidential and personal data, from your Trade-In Device before trading it at Samsung Experience Store.
To do so, you should return the device to its factory settings within the settings menu of the device. It is your sole responsibility to back-up any files or data from your Trade-In Device that you wish
to retain prior to performing a factory data reset and before trading in your Trade-In Device. Samsung and PC Dreams does not accept any responsibility or liability for any lost files or data or
disclosure of private information that has not been removed from your Trade-In Device prior to return.
