1. Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your NAVEE electric scooter.

1.1 Stem Assembly

Place the kickstand down. Hold the stem upright until it is completely in an upright position. Push the quick release lever inward to the end. Torque specification: 5 ± 0.5 N·m.

1.2 Handlebar Installation

Install the handlebar onto the stem, ensuring it is in the correct direction. Follow the numbered order illustrated to pre-tighten the four screws with the included Allen key. Verify the handlebar is correctly installed, then tighten the screws thoroughly.

2. Charging

The scooter is fully charged when the LED on the battery charger changes from red to green.

WARNING:

  • Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
  • Charge your scooter indoors and never expose it to rain.

If the scooter is turned off for about a month with the battery level below 30%, it will enter sleep mode and cannot be turned on. To exit sleep mode, charge the scooter for about three seconds to activate the battery.

3. NAVEE App

Note: Features may vary depending on your app or firmware version. Refer to your actual vehicle for accurate details.

3.1 Activate via the NAVEE App

For your safety, the scooter will remain in a speed limit of 10 km/h and beep continuously before activation. To unlock full functions, activate the scooter via the NAVEE App. Once activated, the beeping will stop and speed limits will be lifted.

Scan the QR code to download and install the NAVEE App. Then register and log in.

Connecting to the Scooter

Power on the scooter; a blinking Bluetooth icon indicates it is waiting to be connected.

Open the NAVEE App, tap [Link my device] and follow the instructions to link your scooter.

3.2 Unpairing the NAVEE App

In the NAVEE app, remove the connected device. With the scooter powered on, squeeze the brake lever and quickly tap the power button 5 times. A beep confirms a successful reset.

3.3 Bluetooth Lock

Go to: App > More Features > Bluetooth Lock to choose either passcode or Bluetooth proximity unlock.

3.3.1 Passcode Unlock

Choose Passcode Unlock, then set a 4-digit code (e.g., 1234).

[Diagram: Smartphone screen showing a 4-digit input field.]

When the scooter is powered on, press either turn signal button. The display will show a two-digit interface: the left digit indicates the passcode position (1-4), and the right digit shows the current input. Use the left and right turn signal buttons to increase or decrease the digits. Squeeze either brake lever to confirm each password entered.

After entering four digits, press the power button to confirm. Two beeps indicate a successful unlock.

Tips: If you enter the wrong code five times, the vehicle will lock. Use the app to unlock again.

3.3.2 Bluetooth Proximity Lock

Enable Bluetooth Proximity Unlock in the app.

Power the scooter off and move your phone out of Bluetooth range; the motor will lock automatically. To unlock, power on the scooter, bring your phone close to it, then press either brake lever or use the NAVEE app to slide to unlock.

Note: This feature consumes battery while active. Use accordingly.

3.4 Apple Find My

Ensure your iPhone or iPad is running iOS 14.5 or later.

3.4.1 Pairing

Open the NAVEE app, go to More Features > Find My, and enable the feature. You will be directed to the Find My app to complete the pairing. Tap the "+" icon, then select "Add Other Item". Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the scooter.

Note: Pairing will time out after 10 minutes. To retry, enable the Find My feature again in the NAVEE app.

3.4.2 Unpairing

Open the NAVEE app, go to More Features > Find My and disable the feature. Open the Find My app, locate your vehicle and remove it from the list.

3.4.3 How to Find the SN Code

If already paired via Find My app, fully press the accelerator and squeeze the brake lever 3 times. The scooter's serial number will appear in the Find My app.

4. How to Ride

Always wear a helmet, hand/wrist pads, knee pads, elbow pads, and other protective gear to minimize any possible injury.

4.1 Starting & Accelerating

Place one foot on the deck and use the other foot to slowly push off. Once the scooter is gliding, put both feet on the deck and gently press the accelerator.

Note: This electric scooter is powered by an electric motor. For your riding safety, the motor will not start until the speed reaches 3 km/h.
