Built-In Fridge-Freezer and Built-In Frost Free Fridge-Freezer
Control Panel
The thermostat control for the appliance is located inside the fridge compartment on the top right. Ensure the thermostat knob is not set to "0" for the appliance to function. Adjust the knob to set the desired temperature within the fridge compartment.
This product features automatic defrosting for the freezer compartment. It is normal to observe a small amount of frost or water droplets on the back of the fridge compartment during operation.
Always ensure the water outlet is clean. Prevent food items from touching the back or sides of the fridge compartment.
Important: In very warm room temperatures, the appliance may operate continuously, leading to frost buildup on the back of the fridge compartment. If this occurs, adjust the thermostat knob to a lower setting.
Freezing of the Freezer Compartment
Place foods to be frozen in the drawer. To prevent excessive cooling of the fridge compartment at the start of the freezing process, you may need to turn the thermostat knob back, depending on the load and room temperature. Once freezing is complete, return the thermostat knob to its usual setting. The rating plate indicates the maximum quantity of food that can be frozen.
Defrosting of the Freezer Compartment
Refrigerators with FROST FREE technology do not require manual defrosting due to their automatic ice prevention system.
For versions without FROST FREE technology, manual defrosting is recommended when the frost layer exceeds 3 mm. Set the thermostat knob to "0", open the door, and remove all food, storing it in a cool place. Leave the door open until the frost has completely melted. Dry the interior of the freezer with a sponge or cloth. Replace the food items and reset the thermostat knob to the usual values.
Note: The rating plate contains essential information for contacting the Service Department in case of faults.
Note: For optimal air circulation, maintain some space between food items. For FROST FREE models, avoid blocking the cooling air vents.
Note: To test consumption and preservation standards, remove all drawers except the bottom one.
Reversing the Opening of the Doors
Follow these steps to reverse the door opening:
- Remove the pin and corresponding bush from the top crossbar.
- Remove the top door.

Coupling of the Panels of the Built-In Column to the Doors of the Appliance
The appliance includes coupling devices (drive sleds) to connect the appliance doors to the column panels.
Fasten the sled to the inner part of the built-in column panel at the desired height, approximately 20 cm from the outer edge of the door.
Open the doors of the built-in column and the fridge. Position the built-in loader into the slide and then fit it into the fridge door.
Mark the screw fixing points and drill with a 2.5 mm diameter bit.
Connect the appliance door to the cabinet panel using the sled slots as guides.
Precautions for Correct Functioning
After installation, ensure the rear of the column is positioned in contact with the wall to prevent access to the compressor compartment.
Adequate air circulation is crucial for the correct operation of the appliance, specifically for cooling the condenser located at the rear. The column must feature a rear chimney with an unobstructed upper opening and a front slot covered by a ventilation grill.
