Product Maintenance

Machine Cleaning

1. Use a damp towel to clean the machine.
2. Turn off the machine and remove batteries when cleaning the interior.
3. If the product is not used for a long time, clean the oil bottle and remove the batteries.

Clean the Oil Bottles and Atomizer Heads

1. Remove the essential oil bottle and unscrew the atomizer head.
2. After washing the essential oil bottle, it is recommended to add an appropriate amount of alcohol, then reload it into the atomization equipment for improved performance and to eliminate residual odors. Rinse the bottle again after this step and allow it to dry before reuse.

Product Description

The automatic aroma diffuser features a Type-C charging port, a battery compartment, an ON/OFF button, an indicator light, a spray nozzle, an atomizer head, and an essential oil bottle. The unit is designed to be mounted using wall panels.

Component Functions:

• ON/OFF button: Long press to power on/off; press twice for test spray mode; press three times to reset spray times to zero (indicated by alternating red and blue lights flashing three times); press five times to restore the initial password (indicated by a buzzer sound).
• Indicator Light: Provides status prompts (e.g., Blue for power on, Red for power off, alternating Red/Blue for low power or reset).
• Spray Nozzle/Atomizer Head: Disperses the essential oil mist.
• Essential Oil Bottle: Holds the essential oil. An empty bottle is provided; fill it with your favorite essential oil before use.
• Panel: Refers to the wall mounting panel.

Installation Instructions

The diffuser can be installed using two methods:

1. Drilling Installation

1. Remove the wall panel and mark screw hole positions.
2. Drill three 5mm diameter holes at the marked positions. Hang the wall plate using plastic expansion nails and screws.
3. Hang the product onto the installed wall plate.
4. It is suggested to use anti-theft screws to secure the unit via the anti-theft holes after drilling.
5. Place the essential oil bottle into the diffuser at the designated position.
6. Close the cover to complete the installation.

2. 3M Adhesive Installation (No Drilling)

1. Apply 3M adhesive tape to the back of the wall hanging board in the designated positions.
2. Stick the hanging board to the wall, ensuring it is level.
3. Wait 24 hours before hanging the product to allow the adhesive to cure properly.

Note: The 3M adhesive installation method is not suitable for rough or dusty walls.

Attention Notes

• After installation, keep the machine vertical. Tilting or flipping can cause oil leakage and damage.
• Remove batteries when the machine is not in use for an extended period.
• Do not immerse the equipment directly in water or wash it with water, as this can cause short-circuiting and damage.
• Ensure essential oil does not contain debris or particles to avoid pipe blockages.
• Avoid alternating use of different essential oils to prevent scent cross-contamination.
• Keep the machine in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.
• Keep the machine out of reach of children. Minors should use the machine under adult supervision.
• Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the machine, as this can cause product failure. For repairs, consult your purchasing store or customer service (MEIDI_Service@meiditech.com).
• Keep the machine away from fire.

Product Warranty Instructions

Artsun guarantees products meet safety and technical standards, ensuring full functionality with normal use and maintenance. A one-year free warranty service is provided for purchased products (excluding consumables).

1. Within one year of purchase, free warranty service is available if product failure is confirmed by maintenance staff to be due to manufacturing processes or materials.
2. Free warranty service is void if damage results from improper use, installation errors, customer modifications, natural disasters, or other human-caused damage.

It generates, uses, and radiates radio frequency energy; improper installation or use may cause interference. No guarantee against interference in specific installations. If interference occurs (determined by power cycling), users should try correcting it by:

• Reorienting or relocating the receiving antenna.
• Increasing separation between equipment and receiver.
• Connecting equipment to an outlet on a different circuit than the receiver.
• Consulting the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician.

Operation Steps

1. Add Aromatherapy Oil

1. Open the machine's cover.
2. Pull out the atomizer head.
3. Fill the bottle with essential oils and tighten the atomizer head.
4. Place the essential oil bottle into the diffuser and press down.
5. Close the cover to complete installation.

2. Install Batteries

1. Open the battery cover, insert four AA alkaline batteries into the battery case, and place it in the compartment, aligning metal contacts with battery terminals.

Softiny App Operation

1. App Download: Search for "Softiny" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download and install.
2. Connection: Open your phone's Bluetooth settings and the Softiny App. The app will automatically scan for and connect to nearby devices.
3. Permissions: Allow Softiny to access Bluetooth and location permissions. Select the device and enter the Bluetooth connection password (initial password: 888888). Note: If you forget the password, press the button 5 times to restore the initial password.
4. Equipment Details: View current power level, location, and spray count. Test spray, set work plans, and perform other operations.
5. Configure Work Plan: Navigate to 'View Work Plan' to add schedules, including cycle, start/end times, and spray intervals. A maximum of 8 work plans can be added.
6. Access Settings: Click the 'Settings' icon (top right) to change device name, location, reset spray count, and connection password.
7. About the System: On the Softiny App home page, click the top button to view system version and language settings.
