Parts List

Step 1: Assemble Base Frame

Assemble the base frame using parts 1.1 and 1.2. Secure these components using 4.72" screws. The diagram shows two parts labeled 1.1 and four parts labeled 1.2 forming a rectangular base structure.

Parts Used: 1.1 (2 pcs), 1.2 (4 pcs)

Fasteners: 4.72" screws (12 pcs)

Step 2: Assemble Vertical Frame

Construct the vertical frame using parts 2.1 and 2.2. Attach these to the base frame. The diagram illustrates two upright posts (2.1) and two shorter upright posts (2.2) forming the corners of the sauna structure. Use 1.96" screws for this step.

Parts Used: 2.1 (2 pcs), 2.2 (2 pcs)

Fasteners: 1.96" screws (8 pcs)

Step 3: Install Wall Panels (Side 1)

Begin attaching the horizontal wall panels. Install panels labeled W1 and W2 onto the vertical frame. The diagram shows multiple W1 panels being attached, followed by W2 panels. Use 2.75" screws for this attachment. A magnified view shows screws securing the panels to the frame.

Parts Used: W1 (13 pcs), W2 (14 pcs)

Step 4: Install Wall Panels (Side 2)

Continue attaching horizontal wall panels to the opposite side of the sauna structure. Install panels labeled W2 and W4. The diagram shows the second side being completed with these panels. Use 2.75" screws for securing these panels. Magnified views show the screw placement.

Step 5: Install Door

Attach the pre-assembled door to the sauna structure. The diagram shows the door being fitted into the opening. Use 1.57" screws to secure the door frame to the sauna walls. A magnified view shows the screw points.

Fasteners: 1.57" screws (8 pcs)

Step 6: Attach Roof Supports and Panels

Install the roof support components: W1, W2, W3, L1, and L2. These are attached to the top of the sauna walls. The diagram shows these parts being positioned and secured. Use 2.75" screws for most connections and 1.57" screws for specific points, as indicated in the diagram and table.

Step 7: Install Roof Panels

Attach the roof panels labeled 3.1 through 3.5. These panels form the sloped roof structure. The diagram shows the placement of these panels on the roof frame. Secure them using 1.57" screws. A magnified view shows the screw placement on the roof edge.

Step 8: Install Roof Edge Panels (Front)

Attach the front roof edge panels, labeled 4.1. These panels cover the front edge of the roof. The diagram shows their placement and attachment points. Use 2.36" screws for this step.

Fasteners: 2.36" screws (8 pcs)

Step 9: Install Roof Edge Panels (Sides)

Install the side roof edge panels, labeled 4.2 and 4.3. These panels cover the side edges of the roof. The diagram shows their positions and how they connect to the roof structure. Use 1.96" screws for panel 4.2 and 1.57" screws for panel 4.3.

Step 10: Attach Back Panel

Secure the back panel of the sauna using nails. The diagram shows the back panel being attached to the main structure. A tool resembling a nail gun or hammer is depicted. The diagram also shows the placement of nails along the edges of the panel.

Step 11: Install Benches

Install the interior benches. Attach Bench1 and Bench2, along with support components labeled 6.1. The diagram shows the placement of the benches and supports inside the sauna. Use 2.75" screws for securing these parts.

Step 12: Install Backrests

Install the backrest panels. Attach Backrest1 and support components labeled 6.3. The diagram shows the backrest being fitted against the wall. Use 2.75" screws for this installation. A magnified view shows the screw placement.

Step 13: Install Additional Bench and Backrest

Install the remaining interior seating components: Bench3 and Backrest2. The diagram shows these parts being placed inside the sauna. Use 2.75" screws to secure them. A magnified view illustrates the screw connection.

Step 14: Install Door Hardware
